Dr. Mailey is a fantastic surgeon. He made me feel comfortable through the whole experience. He’s always available for questions if one should arise. Beth is also absolutely fantastic.

Dr. Mailey’s care was astonishingly stellar. Dr. Mailey was new to me, however, with his compassion and expertise, it was a rapport that felt like years. In addition, the staff at the outpatient surgery center were EXCELLENT and if I ever have to utilize the center again, I will definitely be back. Thank you for everything today!

1st time experience visiting SLUCare on Grand Avenue. Well marked, easy to park & enter the building. Plenty of associates inside to answer questions since I didn’t know where I was going. Waited close to 30 minutes before being called into the office, then another 30 minutes or so before I saw the Dr. a nurse interviewed me and I saw resident on the Dr’s staff. Dr Mailey was terrific. Understood my health issue immediately, explained his thinking regarding solutions, said we’d take our time as mine isn’t an emergency situation. Left his office to get an X-Ray, not very well marked but I found it. Got in/out of X-Ray right away. Overall good visit and I’ll become more familiar with the layout of the place with time. Feel very good about the care I’m about to receive.

My experience with Dr. Mailey and his staff was exactly what I needed before and after my surgery. From check in to Check out. His consultation regarding my final decision on the proper choice of handling the matter was compassionate and professional. Anesthesia was handled well even humorously which made me very comfortable and confident in their abilities.the nurses that prepped me were very professional and considerate.
