Townsen Memorial Surgery Center - Spring

I cannot say enough great things about Townsen Memorial Surgery Center. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was professional, kind, and made us feel completely at ease during my fiancé’s procedure. The facility was clean, organized, and ran very efficiently. A very special thank you to Megan, his nurse, who went above and beyond with her care. She was incredibly compassionate, attentive, and took the time to explain everything, making sure he was comfortable and reassured every step of the way. Her kindness truly made a stressful situation so much easier for both of us. We are extremely grateful for the excellent care and would highly recommend this surgery center to anyone needing a procedure. Thank you for treating my fiancé with such professionalism and genuine care.

I had a minimally invasive procedure today at this surgery center in Spring. I was very nervous but the staff was very nice and professional. They all made me feel comfortable in every aspect of my visit. The facility was very clean as well. My mom stayed with me throughout the procedure and said she appreciated being kept informed throughout my visit. I also appreciated the timely manner the staff took to sort out complications with claims and processing with my insurance company. All in all, everything turned out to be a smooth process!

My child had a procedure here..... Was dreading the financial aspect since it's a new year. Facility worked with my finances which helped make the whole process much more tolerable. Staff was friendly no matter where we were and despite my apprehension in the days leading up to this, I would have no problem returning or recommending this facility to friends and/or family.

We had an excellent experience at Townsen Memorial Surgery Center. The staff is friendly and professional, and Dr. Garcia was compassionate and supportive while treating my husband’s back pain. Pre op nurse Megan H. provided exceptional care and made sure we were comfortable and well-informed. We highly recommend this center!

I’ve been to this surgery center multiple times over the years. I’m not impressed. The communication is non-existent. Apparently they no longer allow the patient’s family to join them while they wait for the doctor. The patient screen was not working, so I couldn’t monitor my husband’s progress. No one came out to let me know he was in the procedure. When I asked the clerk his status, I was told the doctor would call me back to chat when he was done. The clerk either was not kept up on events of the patients or she just couldn’t be bothered to go check. With the patient screen not working you would think, they would adjust their system. I was very disappointed by the whole process. It was not busy either. I definitely would not recommend this place, and will advise my husband to let his doctor know we need to use a different facility.
