Had my hearing tested, and enjoyed learning more of the science of causes of tinnitus from the audiologist. It was very interesting. The PA checked my ear that had been treated previously by the doctor for a minor injury to the ear canal. Everyone was warm and friendly, caring and professional. Excellent care.

I was having vertigo and I couldn't make appointments with any clinics. Then I found southlake ENT, walk in welcome, same day appointment. They diagnosed me right away and helped me to get better. I was very grateful because it was Friday and Memorial Day weekend. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

The PA was very helpful with my last visit. She explained things clearly and professionally. That being said I would call this an NT vs ENT. 1st appointment the hearing machine didn’t work and I tried calling the morning of the 2nd appointment to see if the hearing machine was fixed, but no one answered. After arriving I was told the hearing Dr schedule was full. Be sure to ask when making your appointment if you are wanting to see both.

I made an appointment for my son this morning. The scheduler specifically said 1:30pm TODAY. When we arrived for our appointment, the receptionist said we were here on the wrong date. I clarified that no, the scheduler specifically said TODAY. We were told rather abruptly to wait. When I was called back up I was curtly advised that since we were here on the wrong day, we would be worked in, but would have to wait. I again restated that we were here on the correct day, the scheduler must have made an error, and I asked to speak with the office manager. No one came to speak with me. 30 min later we were called back, and the office manager did our intake. She said that the scheduler was new and had made an error. I said I understood, mistakes happen, but that the customer service provided in response to the mistake was terrible. Customers should not be blamed or forced to wait for errors made by the provider.
