I don’t have enough good things to say about my experience at the Wall Center and it all begins with Kristen. She is truly a little angel! She made me feel so comfortable from the minute I spoke with her on the phone, answering all of my questions to coming to see me after waking up from my surgery. She was with me every step of the way and I am so grateful for her!! Now onto Dr. Wall Jr.: I could not have picked a better surgeon!!! I flew from Michigan to see him specifically because I felt in my heart he was the best and despite there not being a direct flight to Shreveport (lol) that was the best decision I’ve ever made. He is so thorough, talented, patient, meticulous, kind, personable and just a master of his art/craft!!! He was well worth it and made my dreams come true! I feel so blessed and so lucky to have found him and his incredible crew. Katie, Mandy, Wendy, Taylor, Hannah and the front desk girls were all so sweet, helpful and amazing. 100/10 review for the Wall Center :) Thank you so much to all of you!!!! XOXOXO

Dr. Wall Jr. did an amazing job!! Trust his process and his expertise he brings to the table. He is striving for long term results and what is best for your body frame at all times. He was right about everything and shoots it straight no matter what. My breast augmentation and lift is beautiful. His skills are impeccable. His team is wonderful! Especially, Katie his nurse she is on top of everything. The facility is top notch! His wife is wonderful too! She cares just as much as him. I love the feel of my motiva implants. Best decision I made!

Dr Wall, Jr was highly recommended to me & I was not disappointed. I found him to be completely honest, straight forward and genuinely concerned about every aspect of my treatment plan. I was scheduled for blepharoplasty & arrived to the surgical suite greeted by an awesome team. Unfortunately, my blood pressure reading was extremely high & my surgery had to be canceled. Dr Wall, the anesthesiologist & nurses were beyond kind & comforting. Dr Wall did not risk my vision & I can most certainly appreciate that. He's a rarity among physicians & I give him a ten star rating!

I was blown away by my experience with The Wall Center and Dr. Wall, Jr. The staff and nurses were kind and welcoming. During my consultation, my fears were put to rest. The environment was warm and inviting. I instantly felt comfortable! Dr. Wall was extremely thorough and discussed every aspect with me. Dr. Wall also offered photos with similar body types to show me what I could expect. I would not consider going anywhere else. Dr. Wall and his staff are absolutely incredible!!

Although it has been over a month since I went in for a consultation, I am still feeling the negative effects from that experience and felt I needed to write a review. I had such high hopes and was so excited for this appointment that I made plans to drive in from out of state to be there. I was in no way prepared for what was about to go down.. I left this consultation feeling shocked, belittled, and honestly quite disturbed. Within seconds of our introduction, I felt judged and stereotyped. It was clear that he was in no way interested in listening, but someone deeply invested in their own ego. A very vast comparison of the wonderfully warm and talented man who is his father, Dr. Simeon Wall Sr, who retired in 2024. His entry was abrupt and cavalier and I detected from his tone that he was not the least bit interested in why I was there. All because I believe in BII (Breast Implant Illness)and he clearly does not. He spoke in a tone that was cold and condescending, and any attempt I made to explain my concerns was met with dismissal or thinly veiled contempt simply because he disagrees with BII. This consult was to be about my face, mainly my eyes!Nowhere near my breasts…So why he felt the need to bully me about BII and my former breast implants that were removed, was absolutely absurd, immature and unprofessional! He spoke at me, not to me, projecting an air of grandiosity…My questions were treated as challenges to HIS authority rather than reasonable requests from a patient seeking care. At one point, his comments crossed from arrogance into cruelty, leaving me feeling judged instead of supported. With a smug smile on his face and crossed arms, he stared at me and stated more than once that he just couldn’t “Connect” with me and we weren’t “Connecting” or understanding each other. It was at that point that I knew he was not interested in helping me as a patient. A cosmetic surgery consultation should be about trust, empathy, and collaboration. This experience was the opposite. I did not feel safe, respected, or seen as a human being—just an inconvenience expected to defer without question. Technical skill means nothing without basic decency. If you are looking for a surgeon who listens, treats you with compassion, and respects your autonomy, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. He never even shook my hand or thanked me for coming in. What a shame.
