Loved this experience. My son’s first ever surgery consultation was made to feel a complete breeze. Daphne and Shelley were truly the best: sweet, funny, and very comforting. Turned this first time experience into one not as bad as we expected.

Dr. Brown was amazing and so was his nursing assistant Jennifer. Went in to get a circumcision for my son. They explained everything very well to me. Jennifer was so gentle with my son. And the procedure was quick and simple. My baby didn't even cry😊. I would make them my son's primary caretakers if it was up to me. But I live 2 hours away, sadly.

Dr Mark Brown was not only knowledgeable on my son’s condition, but also compassionate to his 10 year old fears and to this momma’s concerns. He took the time to explain the procedure and the recovery process.

Sorry so long but this was my experience My son's surgery arrival was for 8 am. By 9am he's in back prepped, ready and waiting. Dr comes in around 930am-10am to check in and tells us the nurse is about to come get my son for surgery (mind you he's already had he's meds he needed for surgery about an hr at this point) An hr passes. Nothing. Now the nurse comes in and tells us "were cleaning his room be back shortly" this is around 11am. Another hr passes, it's almost 12 noon so at this point I go out to see what's the hold up. I'm told we're sorry he's in surgery it'll be another hr. Are you kidding me .. so we were skipped AGAIN....OK cool. Waiting room was full of ppl who arrived before and after us so i go down to see who's all in there. WAITING ROOM EMPTY. That there told me everything I needed to know. We the only black family was skipped over. But I actually thank GOD he DIDNT cut on my son. Well be going to LSU! Yes everyone was very nice but I could definitely read between the lines!
