He goes above and beyond to make sure you fully understand the entire process — what he’s going to do, why he’s doing it, and what realistic expectations should be. I never once felt rushed or confused. He explains everything clearly and thoroughly, which gave me so much confidence and peace of mind. Another thing that really stood out to me is his staff. Many of them have been with him for years, and that says a lot about his character and the kind of environment he creates. From beginning to end, you’re cared for by the same team members, which makes the whole experience feel personal and consistent. They make sure you are comfortable, informed, and truly well taken care of. Amazing staff… compassionate, yet very professional. This will sound odd, but Lyn Sanders put my over in and it is the first time ever that someone didn’t have to keep trying to get a vein or reposition the needle. The anesthesiologist, Kevin was also very patient to go over every detail and answer any questions. I was put totally at ease.
