Dr. Stella is excellent. I saw her for dissolving migrated filler that had bothered me for a long time, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. She took the time to really understand my goals, never rushed me, and never pressured me into treatment. During the procedure, she was incredibly precise and gentle, and her use of ultrasound gave me a lot of confidence because she could see exactly what she was doing. We thought I might need more than one session, but one session seems to have done the trick. I had minimal swelling afterward, which I think reflects how targeted her approach is. She is a true professional, and I would highly recommend her for both complex and routine procedures. Her office was also very helpful and professional. In my opinion, her pricing reflects her expertise, training, and the level of care she provides. She is well worth it.

Truly phenomenal experience at the Stella Center today! I went in with a lot of trepidation, wanting very minor filler enhancements that would add a touch of volume while looking totally natural. Dr. Stella's work is absolutely impeccable, I couldn't not be happier with the results, no bruising whatsoever. Her filler placement was spot-on, and did exactly what I had hoped for and more in balancing my features. In addition to her incredibly meticulous work, she is extremely warm and kind. Her staff is also wonderful, putting me at ease at every step of the way. I never take the time to provide reviews, but I wanted to help anyone find this gem of a place. I will never go elsewhere!

If you work in aesthetics, do yourself a favor and take Dr. Stella‘s ultrasound training. She is an incredible teacher and makes extremely difficult content easy to understand. So grateful to have Dr. Stella as a resource!

I came to the Stella Center 3 1/2 years ago as I had just turned 60, and my husband had left me for a younger woman. I never wanted to have cosmetic surgery but Dr Stella gave me my confidence back! She expertly and artistically made small enhancements that made me look just like myself only better! no one noticed the changes but I just looked younger. The work she did has lasted and as I have aged she has continued to make small adjustments that continue to make me feel good about the way I look. I am so confident in her skills she is quite simply the best and I highly recommend her! When I show my friends and Family the before and after pictures I cannot believe it! Seriously don’t put it off any longer she’s really fantastic!

AMAZING is an understatement. Dr Stella fixed my face after I got under eye filler and lip filler done from a reputable clinic in bellevue - Naficy. Do NOT go anywhere else if you are planning on getting filler or Botox - Dr Stella’s clinic is the ONLY place to go to in WA state if you don’t want your face botched. She is soooo detail oriented, so knowledgeable, a board certified plastic surgeon and uses an ultrasound to ensure that when dissolving she doesn’t hit any vessels or nerves. I was so distraught and self conscious after mis placed filler created lumps all over my face. But Dr Stella has been my face savior and has patiently and successfully dissolved all of them without causing any dents in my face. She is MAGIC is the best way to put it. Not to mention her amazing bed side manner, she knows how to make you feel comfortable, heard, not judged and cared for. Despite all of her credentials, and being a plastic surgeon, she is sooo humble and down to earth and always explains things kindly, patiently and by using layman’s terms. The entire staff is incredible from James at the front who is so responsive and on top of everything & always helps me schedule appointments with ease (and I’ve had to schedule many to reverse what previous clinics messed up) and even used his own cell to let me know initially they would fit me in asap when I had a family wedding to go to and my face looked horrid from improper filler elsewhere. The nurses Emily, Jill and Emma are also so kind, caring, attentive and helpful. Which is also another beautiful thing about Dr Stella is she inspires and mentors her staff/nurses to follow their dreams of becoming PAs & MDs and even encourages them, which just makes me have even more respect and admiration for her. The entire team always manages to uplift me, and they all exude positive energy which was much needed as I was so anxious/upset about the lumps from the previous injector. I will never trust anyone with my face than Dr Stella and neither should you! And let me tell you the COST IS WORTH IT, worth every penny. So many aesthetic practices have people taking a 1-2 day course and then blindly injecting filler into areas where nerves and vessels can be hit. This should never be done without an ultrasound. Not only is Dr Stella a board certified plastic surgeon she has years and years of teaching, educating all over the country + internationally on injection techniques, ultrasound instructed injections and preventing/fixing complications. If you’re thinking about it DONT and trust me as someone who had hard lumps and nodules under my eyes and above my lips - do not risk it by going anywhere else!!!
