I Scheduled a consult with Dr. Dr Dreveskracht but had to reschedule an emergency. I paid the consultation fee & was told I could reschedule. Now I’m being told I have to repay the fee. Instead of honoring their agreement all over $150 I will be taking my multiple surgical procedures which will be anywhere from 70k-100k. Dr Dreveskracht lost a patient over $150. I guess that $150 is more important than the 70k! Congratulations on your impeccable Financial choice. I will take my surgeries to a Mayo Clinic plastics surgeon instead. Enjoy the 10 lattes from Starbucks I paid for. No services rendered. You stole my $150 consult fee paid & for and for that you will lost a hell of a lot more.

I had been referred to Dr. Wei and she was spoken of so highly that I wanted to give her a chance. Unfortunately, I was refused a consultation because of past cancellations over a year ago, which only happened because I had lost my insurance at the time. My situation and coverage have since changed drastically, and I was disappointed that I wasn't even given the opportunity to explain this. To deny me outright without hearing me out felt unprofessional and discouraging. Choosing a surgeon for such a personal, life-changing procedure is already difficult — why make it harder on women who are simply seeking care? This experience left me uncomfortable with how this practice operates, and I no longer feel confident putting my trust there. Truly unfortunate and unbelievable and clearly looking for a doctor I could possibly feel comfortable with. They told me that this denial came directly from the surgeon herself.
