I am a week out from having major nasal reconstruction and rhinoplasty. I am SO HAPPY with the results so far. Dr. Nuara is clearly very good at what he does. I had a deviated septum and a botched nose job that he was able to correct, beautifully. The surgery was not a walk in the park. I don’t believe that it this is within Dr. Nuara’s control, but the surgery center could work to improve certain things. Especially when it comes to patient comfort. It kind of feels like they are a little burned out, maybe. I’m just speculating there. I am still giving five stars, because I am so happy with the result. Given the chance to do it over, I absolutely would.

tl;dr: Best ENT ever! Fixed my deviated septum wonderfully!! 5 yrs prior to meeting Dr. Nuara, I had surgery from a _different_ surgeon, and the result of that surgery was less than ideal. I had been to 6 different ENTs in the Seattle area, and all of them told me that they couldn't do anything to fix my breathing or congestion problems. I had given up hope, but my friend urged me to meet with Dr. Nuara for one last attempt. I am SO glad that I did. Dr. Nuara recognized the problems with the previous surgery and resolved them perfectly! My breathing has markedly improved and my quality of life is significantly higher. I can't express how grateful I am for the attention to detail and care and he put into my case, especially since it was a harder surgery given that it was to resolve a previous one. Thank you SO much, Dr. Nuara. Best ENT I've ever met, and I've had to meet a lot :D

Dr. Nuara is a skilled and compassionate physician! We are so thankful for his amazing work to repair our son's fractured nose. We felt truly cared for, and knew our son was in the hands of an expert.

Dr. Nuara is a very nice man. I was looking forward to having some bone shards removed from my nose and having my septum repaired. My nose causes me pain every single day. I gave three stars just for how wonderful the Dr is. However, the lady that handles billing and insurance is a nasty, vicious woman. She is unprofessional and should not work in billing and insurance. At first she requested my insurance information and due to covid and my husband getting injured on the job, I was forced to get state insurance. She seemed ok at the beginning and said she'd check it out. After that I received a call from her stating they were waiting for word from the insurance. I asked if I could help and, well the woman blew up on me. Started screaming at me that they don't take state insurance and then proceeded to insult me. I was speechless, I basically said, isnt it your job to inform the patients in advance if you don't accept their insurance and she just yelled at me more and hung up on me. What a horrible experience, now I don't know what to do because all my referrals were directed to Dr. Nuara. My nose is constantly causing me extreme pain and discomfort and it only gets worse and worse. Update: Finally got scheduled with Dr. Nuala and I'm looking forward to the procedure. Haven't had anymore issues with billing or staff. Will update once surgery is complete.

I wasted a significant amount of time between 2020 and 2021 going to see Dr Nuara every three months to do Botox injections in order to get ready for a Facial Reanimation Surgery. I basically got fed up with inconsistent results every time he applied Botox and having to wait for him sometimes for at least 45 minutes on some of my early appointments. The last straw for me was when his Intern decided to apply the injections following previous face schematics from other appointments I had with very poor results. Yes, he does have a nice personality, warm and friendly but professionally he left me very upset and disappointed with his performance.
