The full post-pregnancy transformation: typically a tummy tuck, breast surgery and liposuction combined in a single procedure.
Abdominoplasty removes loose skin and tightens the abdominal muscles to restore a flat, toned midsection after pregnancy.
Implants or fat transfer restore the volume and shape lost after pregnancy and breastfeeding.
A mastopexy raises and reshapes sagging breasts, often combined with augmentation for fullness.

I don’t typically write reviews, and I debated whether to write this one. Ultimately, I realized that not sharing my experience would deprive others searching for a plastic surgeon of the opportunity for an exceptional experience—and it would deny a truly deserving surgeon well-earned recognition. On December 9, 2025, I underwent an abdominoplasty, mastopexy, and bilateral breast fat grafting. I will try to keep this review concise yet thorough. I reside in Washington State and am seasonal in another state, which meant I had access to a wide range of surgeons. As I narrowed my search, I realized I would feel most comfortable with a female surgeon. That led me to the website of Megan Dreveskracht, MD. After researching her credentials—which are outstanding—and reviewing her before-and-after photo gallery, I was impressed by how natural her results appeared. That natural aesthetic was exactly what I was seeking. Initially, I felt overwhelmed by the logistics: arranging labs in a different state, coordinating air travel to Seattle, managing transportation to and from surgery, and planning for post-operative care. However, from start to finish, the entire process was made seamless thanks to the exceptional support and expertise of Dr. Dreveskracht’s team. I am deeply grateful to everyone involved in my care—from the pre-operative nurses to the post-operative staff and all those working behind the scenes. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail transformed what could have been a stressful experience into one that felt supportive and reassuring. I feel incredibly fortunate to have been in their care. Now 30 days post-op, my results have exceeded my expectations. I’ve experienced a two-inch reduction in my waistline and can comfortably wear clothing I haven’t fit into in years. I feel great, look healthier, and have a renewed sense of confidence. I would not hesitate to recommend Megan Dreveskracht, MD, and her entire team. Thank you for truly changing my life for the better.

Dr. Dreveskracht: thank you for still seeing me on a day where I apparently had an appointment cancelled with you. I went up to the office, checked in and the person at the receptionist desk could not see me as having an appointment with Dr. Dreveskracht that day. I was asked to have a seat and the person at the reception desk told me that Dr. Dreveskracht would see me. That meant a lot to me. I always see doctors as some of the busiest people in society, so for her to make space for me out of nowhere for an appointment I didn't end up having was so very kind. I went in to get a second opinion on the breast augmentation procedure I had via another doctor. I wanted a natural cleavage effect. Dr. Dreveskracht took some copious measurements and squeezed and examined my chest. I really felt accessed and examined by her. She eventually broke it to me that she wouldn't be able to help me achieve the cleavage I wanted. however she suggested I speak to the doctor who performed my augmentation as he's not part of the Optum/corporate doctor umbrella so he should be able to use Renuivion without having to go through approval processes. Thank you again, Dr. Dreveskracht for your care and for going out of your way to see me!

We (my wife and I) just had the most pleasant and affirming facials from Alicia Boyd, Dr. Megan Dreveskracht’s care coordinator/esthetician. It’s high time for us to leave a review for this team. Over the last four years, we both had transitional surgeries involving both body and face work, and love the results. We are always welcomed and being transgender always affirmed. We have great confidence in Dr. Megan’s skill and caring nature. Alicia’s skill set fits right in as a compassionate team member. If you happen to fit under the transgender umbrella, you can expect outstanding care here.

I was searching for a female surgeon and was lucky enough to come across Dr. Megan Dreveskracht. At my consultation, Dr. Megan took her time with me, explaining and answering any questions I had. I was so impressed with her bedside manner, knowledge and professionalism. I was extremely nervous going into surgery and Dr. Megan made me feel safe and cared for. I couldn't be happier with my results thus far considering how recently I had my procedure. At my post-op appointment Dr. Megan again took all the time I needed to answer any questions I had. It's such a relief to be in the care of such a knowledgeable and caring surgeon. I would highly recommend Dr. Megan! You won't be disappointed!

Had an ok experience here, Dr. Megan Dreveskracht did my pre op and surgery quite well. Some of the staff were unfriendly and would sometimes talk down to me (my experience across multiple visits). I used their online check in system for a post-op visit, when I asked how much longer I'd been waiting (I had been there 30 minutes, nobody else was in the waiting room) she told me she had no idea I was there, they had no idea what I was talking about and that it was my fault for not checking in with them (I checked in online and it told me to wait in the lobby and that I would be called back shortly). The staff person told me "I don't control the MyChart system", and gave away my appointment time to someone else who arrived after me. She never apologized, someone else on staff gave me a handwritten note with the name of her supervisor and his phone number (guess they can't afford business cards?). Id be less upset if this was a cheap doctor's office ($15k before insurance), but it feels disorganized and like the staff aren't happy there? Also going back to my pre-op visits: the peer pressure of wanting me to sign off taking my pictures and sharing them for free did make me feel uncomfortable, as did the outdated paperwork they wanted me to sign, to allow guests of theirs in the OR as a blanket rule, instead of telling me who it was/where they were there. When I brought this up they just said it was "old language" from different paperwork they forgot to take out.
