I had an amazing experience with Dr. Portuese and his entire team throughout my rhinoplasty journey. From the consultation to surgery and recovery, I always felt informed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. He took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted while still keeping my features natural and balanced. Even early in recovery, I can already tell how much of a difference this surgery has made both functionally and aesthetically. My nose fits my face so much better, and I’m really happy with the results so far. The staff was also incredibly kind, responsive, and supportive during recovery, which made the whole process much less stressful. I would highly recommend Dr. Portuese to anyone considering rhinoplasty or septoplasty!

Dr. Portuese changed my life. No amount of review can emphasize how happy I am with my result. I had rhinoplasty surgery in 2022. I am a male with a huge bump, drooping, crooked nose that I genuinely thought was unsalvageable. Considering your nose sits right in the center of your face, I was terrified of this procedure and getting botched/having revisions. The perfect, tiny, result I achieved is nothing short of a miracle and I’m grateful every day I chose him. Recovery was easy, I have zero scars, and I swear as an athlete my breathing is better after too. Thank you again to you and all your staff.

Extremely disappointed… I was so excited to have rhinoplasty and was excited about how my nose could look. Worst ever… I was told I had thick skin, basically was told we can have it smaller but not a petite nose. That was fine. What I was not fine with is one side collapsed looking, nostrils not even, issues on the inside of my nostril. I was told told injections were paramount for healing . I had it done a month before shut down so nobody’s fault they couldn’t get done for a few months . But I have reached out sent photos and told nobody’s nose is perfect and symmetrical and that’s that I guess. Looking at all of the reviews of people that have said the same things that I’m going through I feel very taken advantage of. Most people don’t know what thick skin means or at least I didn’t if you don’t work with people with thick skin, then refer them to somebody that does I don’t have just money to spend thousands to be worse off than I was before. I hate having my photos taken again. Yes, my nose is smaller, but I have so many issues that I never had before and the fact that I’m just told that basically I get to live with it I’m so upset. Do not go there so now I get to save that money which will probably take me a few years and have to see somebody that is going to do revision, which is gonna be more than if you didn’t have to have a revision done from a patient that couldn’t be more unhappy.

I had rhinoplasty done by Dr Portuese in 2016, and it is one of my biggest regrets. The result was so poorly done that my current surgeon genuinely thought my nose surgery had been performed outside of the country. Beyond the cosmetic issues, I have had ongoing trouble breathing ever since. This procedure has negatively affected my quality of life in ways I never anticipated. I would strongly caution anyone considering this doctor to do extensive research and seek multiple opinions before moving forward. I would hate for anyone else to go through what I have.

Worst experience ever. Originally supposed to have Virgina Mason do my deviated septum surgery but the only on call surgeon got into an accident the night before and directed all their patients to this doctor. Had the procedure done and came back after recovery and told them it didnt feel right and i still cant breathe. They pushed it off as it went great and its on you if you want to do another surgery. Recently went back to Virginia Mason and had the surgery again and it was a completely different experience. When speaking to the surgeons at the hospital, I let them know about my experience with them sending me to another surgeon, after they examined my nose they said it looks like it was never worked on and couldnt even tell what they did do during the procedure. I believe that because my recovery experience was unlike any others i talked to that had the procedure done. Its fine when they are trying to collect the money, but they do not guarantee the results so beware of this clinic
