The truth needs to get out. This doctor and his staff are absolutely incredible! From the consult, to surgery and all throughout aftercare. My mother opted for a facelift along with fat transfer to her lips September 2025. The consultation, was super simple using the link in his Instagram. Alexis is extremely knowledgeable, gave a lot of reassurance and was very supportive. Dr. Shapiro listened and answered every question and concern during the consultation. There are reviews about him being “arrogant” but they seem to have confused that with confidence. He is confident about what he can and can’t do. He sets very clear expectations and that’s the kind of doctor you need. Joann and Allie made us feel welcome every visit! They always greeted us with a smile and made sure all questions regarding appointments and payment method were answered. The nurses and anesthesiologist made my mom feel safe before going into surgery. They created an upbeat environment before getting her ready to take her back. The recovery center nurses were so so kind. Unfortunately, my mom was feeling super nauseous after surgery. Although my mom was in and out of sleep, she vividly recalls them doing everything in their power to make her comfortable. They answered my phone calls and kept me updated during her time there. Although there was a language barrier, his professionalism and kindness is something anyone can understand. Dr. Shapiro went above and beyond to make sure my mother was taken care of. Not only that but she LOVES her results. She looks like herself. Super natural and just stunning. I wanted to wait until she was further into her healing journey before posting a review. Her opinion has not changed. Thank you Dr. Shapiro! You and your staff are amazing!

Dr. Shapiro is a remarkable surgeon and a true artist. I could not be happier with my experience. He combines technical mastery with an aesthetic eye that is rare to find, and the result is work that looks elegant, natural, and never overdone. Throughout the process, I felt completely confident in his hands. He is thoughtful, professional, and clearly dedicated to excellence. Dr. Shapiro was highly recommended by my daughter who is a plastic surgeon resident at Mayo Clinic in Rochester MN. Dr. Shapiro did not disappoint! From the initial consultation (he is tremendously comforting to address issues with) to the outcome of the surgery, I was very pleased. It has been 5 months since my surgery and I am grateful to have chosen him. The look is natural and took me back at least 10 years!

Jamie is the best injector I have ever had. She gave me a jawline and chin that I have always wanted. These before and after pictures are within 2 hours of eachothers highly recommend! Everyone was very welcoming and kind.

My daughter chose Dr. Shapiro for her rhinoplasty. She was 17 when we went for the initial consultation and 18 when she had the procedure. I was with her for every appointment. The experience was fantastic every step. Dr. Shapiro's office staff is very pleasant to deal with. Dr. Shapiro is very straightforward and honest. At one visit my daughter showed him pictures of noses she liked and one in particular he told her that he didn't think was a good fit for her and explained exactly why he was saying it. I loved that he didn't just agree with everything she said but was still very attentive to what she wanted. The surgery center was fantastic as well. He came in and talked with her before the surgery and then called me immediately after he was finished (due to construction we waited a block away at a coffee shop). He even texted me a picture of her new nose as soon as we finished speaking. Alexis (his amazing nurse) made sure my daughter knew all post op information and called to check on her afterwards. She is 5 months post surgery and is incredibly happy and has nothing but great things to say. Highly recommend Dr. Shapiro!!
