This review is long, but so overdue. It’s difficult to capture the many exceptional experiences I’ve had with Dr. Prichard and his staff over the last 20 years. I first met Dr. Prichard as a nurse caring for his patients in the hospital. I witnessed firsthand not only the smooth recoveries his patients experienced, but also his incredible results, many of them after traumatic injuries that he absolutely transformed. One case that stands out was a man who sustained a devastating facial injury. After Dr. Prichard spent the day reconstructing his face, his wife saw him and she said, “He never looked this good before his accident!” I have wanted breast reduction since college. At 5’3” and 103 lbs, I felt disproportionate, uncomfortable, limited in clothing choices and in frequent pain. As a DD I felt awkward and disproportionate. I waited until after pregnancy and breastfeeding, which demolished my breasts and left them deflated, uneven and unrecognizable to me. When I finally decided to move forward, it was a no-brainer who I would go to! Dr. Prichard restored them beautifully, lifted and sized perfectly for my frame. My husband and I could not be happier! Over the years he has also repaired my completely torn earlobe after my nephew yanked an earring through it—today it is utterly undetectable and perfectly matches the other side, as well as removed moles without a trace, and revised scars from other surgeons. He has performed numerous cosmetic and reconstructive procedures on many people I’ve brought to see him; there is no one else I would ever recommend! Every case has been handled with precision and artistry. Most recently, a close family member needed to undergo a double mastectomy. She had two consultations with other surgeons on her own who were dismissive, rushed, and unwilling to collaborate with her other specialists due to her complex medical history. I took her to see Dr. Prichard, and although I already knew what to expect, the compassion and care shown to her were overwhelming to all of us. He and his team took great time answering every question, coordinated with additional physicians, and planned each step thoughtfully to keep her safe. She is now in the process of her reconstruction, and, as expected, her results are already beautiful. Dr. Prichard is meticulous, detail-oriented, and has exceptionally high standards regarding infection prevention, surgical planning, and postoperative care. Unlike many surgeons, he remains directly involved through recovery—he doesn’t disappear once the surgery is done or rush through follow-up visits. He manages questions, healing, incisions, and long-term results personally. You feel cared for, not processed. And his staff! Anna and Aundrea are kind, welcoming, and efficient—they communicate, follow through quickly, and are wonderful to work with for scheduling or paperwork. JADIE! She is truly a gem and keeps that place afloat. I have emailed and called her more times than I can count with questions big and small. She is patient, kind, encouraging, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely supportive through every step. She has fantastic suggestions throughout the stages of your prep and recovery and provides so much loving support. I cannot say enough about Dr. Prichard and his team. Their skill, compassion, communication, and beautiful results are unmatched. In all my years in patient care, I’ve never seen another surgeon with outcomes this consistently excellent or with this level of surgical perfection and attention to detail. There is no cosmetic or reconstructive procedure I would trust anyone else with. Thank you, Dr. Prichard, Jadie, Anna, Aundrea, and the entire team for the extraordinary care you’ve given to me and to the many loved ones I’ve brought into your hands. 🩷

My Husband says my Breasts are a work of ART. I’m 65 and have the breast of a twenty year old. Dr. Prichard is an artist with detail at its core. Brilliant and highly recommend him for all surgeries not just breast augmentation. Next my jowls!

I previously underwent a lumpectomy with reconstruction performed by another plastic surgeon, which unfortunately resulted in long-term nerve damage. Because of the complexity of my case and the lasting complications, I needed the reconstruction redone, this time by a highly experienced and trusted expert. Dr. Prichard is, without question, one of the best plastic surgeons in the country. His expertise, professionalism, and precision gave me confidence from the very beginning and ultimately ensured the best possible outcome. I had breast reconstruction with Dr. Prichard, and I truly cannot say enough good things about the experience. From the very first consultation, he was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also kind, patient, and genuinely compassionate. Facing breast cancer and surgery was one of the most difficult times of my life, but Dr. Prichard made me feel heard, understood, and supported every step of the way. He took the time to explain all of my options thoroughly, and answered every question. His office staff was equally exceptional: warm, responsive, and highly efficient. I felt completely cared for and in the best possible hands from start to finish. The outcome of my reconstruction is both beautiful and natural. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Prichard. Not only for his extraordinary surgical skill, but also for the heart and dedication he brings to his work. He truly has golden hands. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to any woman facing breast reconstruction. Dr. Prichard and his team are one of a kind, and I can’t thank them enough. Dr. Prichard truly changed my life for the better.

After researching and scouring the internet for the right surgeon, I came across Dr. Pablo Prichard and immediately knew he was the one I could trust. From the first consultation, it was clear that he approaches each patient as an individual, not a case. Every part of my care felt thoughtfully planned and tailor-made to fit my situation. I felt respected, heard, and genuinely cared for in a way that is rare to find. Dr. Prichard is a truly gifted and distinguished surgeon whose skill and compassion gave me complete confidence throughout the process. I trusted him to perform both my bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomy and my staged breast reconstruction, and I am so grateful that I did. He used a vertical incision technique that healed beautifully with almost no visible scarring. The reconstruction included removal of tissue expanders, placement of permanent implants, and meticulous fat grafting that created natural, balanced results that look absolutely beautiful. What stood out most was how personal and supportive the experience was. When discussing my BRCA2 genetic mutation and the decisions surrounding it, Dr. Prichard showed genuine understanding and respect. His precision and kindness, along with the time he took to explain every detail, made an otherwise overwhelming process feel manageable and deeply human. The nurses and medical assistants at Vincere Surgery Center were patient, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. A special mention to the anesthesiologist, who kept me safe, comfortable, and calm. The office staff was organized, responsive, and thoughtful in their communication, and the billing department was transparent and helpful when navigating insurance questions. Dr. Prichard even worked with my insurance as an out-of-network provider, which made the process less stressful and far more affordable than I anticipated. Every part of my experience reflected teamwork, professionalism, and compassion. The results look and feel natural, and I am deeply grateful to Dr. Prichard and his entire team for their care, integrity, and dedication. Thank you so much.

Two years ago this month I underwent a lower facelift and neck lift. Upon one of my follow up visits I was instructed by Dr. Prichard to wear a head garment to better effect the healing process. He put the garment on my head and it was so tight I told him it was practically cutting off my breathing. He said that is the way it is supposed to be. On at least two occasions I called the office to talk to his office manager about it but she was “on the way out the door” each time I called and never returned my calls. As a result of wearing this garment it caused extreme pressure resulting in a pretty large bald spot on my head. Not only do I now have a large bald spot I also fainted during the recovery. Never having fainted a day in my life, I can only attribute it to this extreme pressure from the headwear. I am writing this review as a cautionary measure to other people who might be instructed to wear this garment as to the physical damage it can cause as well as the emotional distress. A bald spot is not supposed to be part of the package and it is very distressing.
