I have been a patient of Dr. James Nachbar for over 23 years, and I can say without hesitation that he is an exceptional surgeon and professional. When you have a medical history with a doctor spanning more than two decades, you truly get to know the caliber of their work and their character. Dr. Nachbar really takes the time to hear you out in what your desires are. I am an out of state patient that is looking to do tattoo excision surgery. We proceeded to do a virtual consultation first so that we are taking the necessary steps before my first in person visit to Scottsdale. He makes sure to let you know what is possible and wants you to feel your best! This could not be done without one of Dr. Nachbar’s patient coordinators, Daisy. Daisy is the absolute sweetest and has the best attitude! She is great with communication(s), letting you know all the information about the procedure, and more! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Nachbar and his team! I have had a great experience thus far and am positively excited for the rest of the process ahead!

It’s hard to put into words my experience with Dr. Nachbar and his practice. I was referred by a close friend and scheduled a consult. Scheduling consultations with many offices can be difficult, expensive, and overwhelming, but scheduling with Dr. Nachbar was simple and I did it directly on his website. From my initial consult, Dr. Nachbar was patient, listened carefully to my overall goals, and answered all of my many questions. His focus is truly on you, the patient. Not once have I felt rushed, even after numerous appointments. His office staff is kind, knowledgeable, and responsive. After my initial appointment, I didn’t feel the need to consult with any other surgeons. Between my initial consult and scheduling my surgery, almost 11 months passed. It’s a big decision, and I took time to think before feeling ready to commit. When I returned for my second consult, it felt like no time had passed at all and we picked up right where we left off, and I scheduled my surgery. I had a 360 tummy tuck, breast lift, and augmentation, and I honestly can’t think of a single thing I would change about my results. I stayed overnight in the surgery center, and the nurses were kind, patient, and made sure I was fully prepared for my first day at home. I feel so good in my own skin and yet, still feel like myself. Dr. Nachbar makes it very clear that he is always available for questions or concerns and that he’s just a phone call away. He is also extremely thorough in educating his patients on what to expect throughout the entire process. I am now five weeks post-op, and each day my recovery gets better. Plastic surgery is an art, and Dr. Nachbar is a master of his craft. He is deeply invested in his patients’ results, and I truly believe it brings him joy to see them happy. It feels more like a calling for him than a career.

This whole office is amazing! As someone in healthcare with a very physical job, Dr. Nachbar understood exactly what I needed. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and had a great eye. I ended up following his suggestion with sizing and surgery type and I am so glad I followed his advice! I could not be happier with my lift and implants. It really gave me my confidence back and my clothes fit amazing. Everything looks very natural. This was so great after having 3 babies and giving up that part of myself for many years. The staff was also very clear and communicative. They always responded quickly and kindly. He even gives you a handbook he wrote himself that had most questions and expectations already written out. I would give them more stars if I could!
