Dr Mark has literally changed my life forever for the better. In late 2023, I came to him for my 2nd revision rhinoplasty - 17 years after my first revision rhinoplasty had left my nose butchered, bumpy, and twisting to the left. I had visited a few other plastic surgeons over the years to correct it, but I never felt comfortable enough to go through with the surgery. But I decided to try again and this time I found Dr Mark - this kind, patient, gem of a human being listened to all my concerns, and addressed them all completely. He explained everything so thoroughly and managed my expectations while delivering life-changing results. My nose is so smooth and straight now! And I can BREATHE!!! Honestly, the improvement blows my mind everyday. The tip is taking a bit longer to fall in (straight) line (understandable, as it had spent the better part of the last 20 years S-curving with basically NO cartilage underneath!), but Dr Mark is still patiently and cautiously treating me two+ years on now to help get my nose how I want it to be. He’s so careful in his approach and caring in his demeanor, I absolutely trust this wonderful man not only with my nose but with my life!! He’s an incredible surgeon, and honestly the best doctor I have ever had. I recommend Dr Mark with all the earnestness & enthusiasm in my heart. The BEST of the best! There are many plastic surgeon choices in the greater Phoenix area. How do you choose? I did extensive research and chose Dr. Gruszynski because of his impeccable credentials, experience, and his patient focused approach! He was simply the best choice, period! My overview of Dr. Gruszynski is that he approaches your individual issue with the precision of an engineer, the eye of an artist and the medical knowledge and technical expertise to perform the surgery he recommends. He performed a capsulectomy to remove 40-year-old saline breast implants that were ruptured with Baker III and IV grade capsular contracture. Not all plastic surgeons will listen and answer ALL of your questions/concerns, not rush the consultation and provide you with a summary in writing of diagnosis and recommendations after your consultation. ONLY DR. GRUSZYNSKI DID THIS! – I consulted with a total of 4 plastic surgeons. Dr. Gruszynski is personable, has a very calm demeanor, and very easy to talk with about a sensitive issue such as mine. I was extremely anxious to have this surgery and after 4 weeks out, I have never felt better! I am no longer in any pain from the old implants and look forward to a new chapter of a pain free life! I visited a few different surgeons regarding a septoplasty for a severely deviated septum and Dr Mark was the by far the most trustworthy from the first consoltation, and continued to be extremely helpful for a smooth recovery. He did a phenomenal job and I can breath out my nose for the first time in over a decade. He is an absolute life saver!
