Defyne Plastic Surgery

I'm sharing my experience with Defyne plastic surgery and Dr Jourdain Artz and Dr Nathan Jowett. I went for a consultation in early June 2025 for a facelift and tummy tuck consultation. I met with both Dr Artz and Dr Jowett. I really wasn't sure all what I needed but after speaking with both of them felt very confident in my choice to go with both of them. From my initial consultation I was scheduled with Dr Artz for a tummy tuck, lipo 360, lipo on my arms and inner thighs, a breast lift, fat transfer to hip dips and cellulite treatment called Aveli and my glutes. I felt very comfortable with him even though I honestly didn't know much about his work since he was so new to Arizona. Actually both Dr's were new to Arizona and honestly went with my gut instinct...and yes I had other consultations. They are both very professional and knowledgeable on all the latest plastic surgery innovations. My results are better than I could have ever imagined. I actually have a better figure than in my 20's. And it is only getting better. The recovery is no joke but so worth the results. I would definitely get another procedure with Dr Artz and Dr Jowett without hesitation. My surgery was on June 18th, 2025. And then I went for my deep plane facelift, brow lift, lip lift and fat transfer to under eyes and Ultraclear laser on Oct 14th 2025 with Dr Jowett. Dr Jowett does a very thorough consultation and is the utmost expert in facial reconstruction. My results are amazing and I can't even find my scars since the surgery. I look like myself just 20 years younger. I would highly recommend him for any facelift procedure you are looking for. Both Dr's have excellent bedside manners and listen to your needs and concerns which is not always easy to find in surgeons. I would do it all over again with both Dr Artz and Dr Jowett. Two of the photos are before and the one in the green/white striped dress is my after in November 2025. I never in a million years I thought I would fit into that dress. Oh and my profile is now amazing. I can finally take photos with confidence. And did I say Defyne plastic surgery has a very reasonable consultation fee. Because honestly so many Dr's charge an exorbitant fee for that. They have a beautiful office and amazing and caring staff for all of your cosmetic procedure needs. For the record I'll be 59 in March.

My experience at Dr. Tessler office from the time I walk in has always been greeted with smiling faces and helpfulness!!! And I found my office experience, one that was relaxed and unrushed! My numerous concerns about my surgical procedure were addressed along with numerous questions about much answered. I left the office confident I was in good hands, and that I could move forward in my wellness journey with Dr. Tessler at my side. I don’t think you can ask more from a Doctor’s office than that!!!

Dr Tessler and the entire team at Defyne Plastic Surgery has been the best to work with! I had a breast lift with augmentation and am absolutely loving my results! I appreciate how well prepared I was for surgery. Dr Tessler answered all of my questions during my consult and pre op! The day of surgery ran so smoothly! Recovery has been far easier than I could’ve imagined! If you’re looking for a sign to get your boobs done here it is!! I can’t thank this team enough ♥️🥰

Dr. Tessler truly nailed my breast augmentation and executed exactly what I was wanting! I’m so grateful to feel so confident with my outcome and get so many compliments! Having a small frame I was worried about either going too big or too small, and truly wouldn’t change a thing!

After losing weight, I was not happy with left over skin and some muscle damage. Dr. Tessler gave me options and helped me feel confident in the decision I made. Unfortunately, I did not tolerate the procedure awake, and I needed to go back to use full anesthesia. His office was accommodating for thr second session and made sure I was very comfortable. I decided to add some services the second round, and I cannot be happier with the results. His workmanship was perfect. The staff are always friendly, know me by name, and always respond quickly to requests. I definitely recommend people to this office.
