I love these people. They were thorough, warm and reassuring. The moment Dr. Singri stepped in the doorway I knew I was in good hands. I have been unsuccessfully treated for a problematic skin disease for six years. I wished I could do a video showing the results, but there's nothing to show. It's all gone! Excellent Dr. and I highly recommend him.

My wife went to this office years ago and was not happy with her experience (insert choice words). However, we needed an appt immediately for our 3yo son and there was a cancellation so I took the time slot. Her and I ended up being very pleased with both the reception and Dr. Singri. He was insightful and good with my son. And the reception was exceptional. I would recommend this office to anyone.

I am confused why there is so many negative reviews about this doctor. He is the best one I've had in many years. He takes his time with me, I don't feel rushed out of the office at all, answers my questions & concerns. He's very thorough & not one bad experience yet. He may not know it all but that's why there's opportunity to get 2nd opinions.i have not needed one yet. He's super nice, he's funny at times. The staff for the most part are friendly & amazing. Only one bad experience with one staff member who made a comment of "holy $hit" when I had an infection on my neck. I felt embarrassed but I let it go & never had an issue since.

I had a very negative experience with this dermatologist and would not recommend this practice. From the start, the doctor came across as dismissive and had a noticeably poor attitude. When I tried to explain my concerns, I felt talked down to rather than listened to. Being told to “just accept yourself the way you are” felt inappropriate and unhelpful in a medical setting where I was seeking professional advice and treatment options. The lack of bedside manner made the visit uncomfortable, but what was even more concerning was the behavior of the staff. I overheard the nurse and front desk team making fun of my concerns, which was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. No patient should feel ridiculed for asking questions about their health. Overall, this experience felt careless and lacking in basic respect and empathy. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere if you value being taken seriously and treated with professionalism.

I visited Dr. Prashant on Feb 07, 2022 and I can say it was not a nice experience. I have respect for all health professionals and I really appreciate what they are doing during this pandemic time. But this doctor needs to learn to respect people and he needs to learn how to behave with people. I explained him my preexisting condition and he didn’t seem to even care to listen completely. I had to drive 40 mins from my work and he talked to me barely for 5 mins in which 4 mins he was typing in the computer. I understand doctors have to type while patient is explaining their problem but you can say the way-a person shows his attitude towards you. Maintaining an eye contact with a patient actually shows how much you are interested in talking to him/her. They make sure before appointment that all patients are vaccinated and that is how it should be.I was told to take off my mask and on the half way I was told to put it back. I don’t think Covid should always come as an excuse. I wanted to show him some previous pictures of my face so that he can do the assessment but he didn’t want to look at it. No picture of face was taken to for pre and post evaluations (which is a common practice for dermatologist), no explanation on the root cause, no interest to listen to the patient and overall his rude behavior really shocked me during the visit. I wonder how a doctor can have so much lack of empathy and still be in this noble profession. Won’t visit him again and definitely not gonna recommend anyone. May be he will try to remove my review but I felt a moral obligation to let people know what I personally experienced.
