Dr. Jackson Smith was so kind. I came in to fix the butt wrinkle I have on my forehead. He is extremely attentive and informative. Jackson listened to my concerns, made sure I knew what was happening and even recommended skin products for my extremely red skin. Dr. Jackson smith is extremely personable and full of knowledge. He even took the time to send me a full facial care routine via text right after I left my appointment. If you need someone who cares and wants to help, come here! Anyways, forget about him… here’s the star of the show Mr. Kensington. He was the best doctor assistant I have ever had. 10/10 good boy.

I had a wonderful experience with Smile and Face Company. The doctor was incredibly informative, taking the time to thoroughly explain everything and answer all of my questions. I truly appreciated how professional and knowledgeable they were throughout the entire process. The services I received were absolutely worthwhile, and I felt confident and well cared for from start to finish. They advertise a "$179 wrinkle renewal package," but when scheduling the appointment, they require a $25 “refundable” deposit. My card was charged immediately the same day I booked. After reading multiple concerning reviews online about other people’s experiences, I decided to cancel well over 24 hours in advance. Despite being told the deposit was refundable if canceled within the policy window, I was informed that it was non-refundable. That is not what was communicated to me at the time of booking. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company and filing a formal complaint. Transparency matters, especially when it comes to cosmetic procedures. I’m relieved I canceled. UPDATE: Dr. Jackson kindly refunded the 25$ to my card. Although I have not visited this place of business, I can say that they operate with integrity when it comes to making matters right with miscommunication errors amongst their staff.

Me and my best friend found The Smile and Face Company on Facebook! One thing for sure, Dr. Jackson knows his work very well apart from his knowledge. He was very informative and very attentive while making sure we are getting the best result. I have been getting Botox for a Few years now, but this will be my main guy from now on! Not only does he do Botox there’s a lot of other services he provides also including Dental facials and much more. This is a place you wanna go to for all your needs and if you have questions, just ask.!!! ❤️❤️‼️

I had my first Botox appointment here and it was a great experience from start to finish. The receptionist was welcoming and helpful, which immediately put me at ease. The doctor was very kind, took the time to explain everything, and did an excellent job. I’m really happy with how it turned out and would definitely recommend! :)
