Mrs Jo was very excellent from the day I came for my consult she coached me through it all up till today I could call her at anytime and talk about my upcoming surgery. Also my nurse who did my pre opt I forgot her name but she deserves an award for being who she is and making me feel so comfortable and Dr Davies wow the confidence she gave me was amazing and the time she took to explain my procedure made me feel at home I’m so please with the whole staff the front desk was amazing and understanding now it’s time for the big day in a week and I know I chose the perfect place

They do an excellent job dealing with skin issues. Very pleased with the results.

I'm sorry to report that the $220 Botox injections for my forehead, for which I had to go here twice for them to fully apply, were not effective to any degree that could be called even minimally acceptable. I am not unfamiliar with the treatment, having had it done two years earlier, elsewhere, and with only one visit, that produced excellent results.

I went to the skin institute and laser center for a facial, worst experience ever: 1st - the facial was supposed to be an hour long by the time Kathy called me back 10 minutes had already pasted. She asked questions for 5 minutes once in the room. Apply a facial mask the last 10 mins, so you really get about 30 mins of work. 2nd - it was supposed to be a detailed facial with extractions and to analyze what you may need in order to improve your skin, she hardly said a word 3rd - my face looks worse than when I went in, horrible, so glad I don't have to go back to work today 4th - worst customer service ever! Wish there was a zero star, because 1 star is being generous.

Waste of time and money. Do not go here.
