Five stars all the way. Joz at the front desk made the experience outstanding from the moment I walked in. She’s friendly and professional and keeps everything running smoothly while making you feel like the only patient in the room. That energy sets the tone and makes you look forward to returning. Dr. Hinson was just as impressive. He took his time, explained things clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with every step of the exam. You can tell he truly cares about his patients. This office is top-notch, thanks to Joz’s excellent front desk care and Dr. Hinson’s thorough, patient-focused approach. I highly recommend it.

I've waited six months to write this review. From walking in cold in January and meeting Dr. Rali, to surgery two days later with Dr. Faux; from follow up visits all the way to my last check up two days ago, Georgia Retina has delivered. They are responsive to phone calls, and everything about the practice has been top rate. Friendly. Expert. Professional. Helpful. Responsive. I think that most who are faced with retinal surgery are suddenly thrust into an emergency situation with little knowledge of what is going on (like I was). If you're sitting in the office at George Retina reading this review and wondering if you're in an expert situation, you are. Trust the team there and good luck with recovery.

I was assisted by a Very nice and helpful person for a very unusual circumstance. I was made to feel I wasn't stupid for asking my questions and well informed, by a person that was asked to assist "on the spot". She was incredibly knowledgeable & friendly. Helped me immensely.

I thank God for Georgia Eye Institute! Best team of people ever! I was treated always with respect and concern. Dr. Manocha is by far the best Dr. I've visited in Savannah. Him and his team are truly kind and not puffed up. They are there for you not themselves. Dr. Manocha always takes his time with you! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Praise be to God for you!

The experience was great. There is only one concern that I have. There needs to be a glass petition completely surrounding the desk. There is no privacy when your bill is discussed. This is not fair to the patients. Mrs. Effie Smith. Statesboro Ga
