Have had 2 sinus surgeries which were successful and helpful. Later I was diagnosed with Meniere’s disease, which was treated with various medications and finally a surgical procedure, which worked, followed by balance training until I was finally back to 100%. Mostly treated by Dr. Rosenberg, but have seen Dr. Wazen and Dr. Nayak, all top notch. They also provide and service my hearing aids.

This review is based on their scheduling practice: you call them, someone takes your details (after a long wait, if you're lucky) and they don't call you back, even after days. I'm not sure what's happening and why the management doesn't take action when so many people are leaving poor reviews regarding this aspect.

An entire year of antibiotics even though the CT scan ordered at first visit showed nasal obstruction. I wrongly assumed he would look at the CT. Despite visit after visit after visit, sometimes waiting 90 minutes in exam room before Dr entered, I would have to remind him of cultures done, the antibiotic resistance, the multiple prescriptions. He neither remembered nor found time to review notes despite leaving me waiting 60-90 minutes. He'd clearly never looked at the CT or CT report. We discovered together that I was born without frontal sinuses. Oh-so-stupid me underwent surgery with these people. Despite zero issues with right sinus, they did surgery on both sides and then lied about it when I confronted them with post-operative notes. Told me the mistake was in the notes - that the asymptomatic right sinus was untouched - LIE. Verified by another doctor in their own office that they'd done surgery on both sides. I could go on and on but will summarize by saying they take zero responsibility for blatantly and egregiously incompetent care and lies. When you bring it to their attention, they show zero empathy or care and instead recommend you go elsewhere for second opinion when the damage is done, and done by them. RUN in the other direction.

Don't waste your time. No body answers the phone at the office and Dr Rende is so full of herself she doesn't actually care if you cant hear and are having a problem. Infact, if you do get ahold of her she will talk over you and deny you the courtesy of speaking with a supervisor or anyone above her because she thinks shes superior. Very disappointed in this team. I used to think highly of FPG and SMH but after this entire week of inconsideration I am very displeased.

About two years ago I began seeing doctors at the Silverstein Institute for a reoccurring double ear infection. I was passed around to 6 or 7 doctors. Each one had a different answer, with a different solution. At one point I was told to stop all medications and just blow dry my ears twice a day. At my last appointment, I asked the doctor why everyone keeps treating the infections but nobody is getting to the root cause of them. She refused to answer my question. After asking three times, I walked out of the office. She began yelling at me and saying "she will not be spoken to that way", when I didn't even say anything to her. I immediately called to speak to a manager, and then called twice more during the next two weeks. No response from them. Well, the drops she prescribed me aren't working. I called again today to ask for more and was told I am no longer allowed to return to the office. I have been nothing but patient this entire time, hoping that at least one doctor would see me suffering and help me. Instead, I was kicked out of the practice after becoming frustrating with a doctor during the 10th visit. Thank you Dr. Silverstein for the wonderful care.
