This is the second time I've used this surgery center and both experiences have been five star. Check in was quick and easy and Gloria was delightful to work with. My pre-op nurse was Alicia and she was/is amazing. She was skilled, kind, and compassionate and did a nice job dealing with my pre-op jitters. Many thanks to the person who decided to buy the blanket warming machine. They keep me nice and toasty while I waited for my doctor. And many thanks to everyone that took care of me.

Premier Surgery Center of Sarasota is a great place for your health needs. The staff here are kind and helpful. They will answer all your questions and will do everything possible for your health care. My experience was outstanding from the first time walking to the building to after the surgery. Registration staff was very knowledgeable in their sphere. Nurses were very helpful and caring. Dr. Clare is an amazing doctor. He knows what is he doing. He is doctor from heaven. Very kind, smart, calm doctor that you can talk to. If you will have any health issues with your bones ask for Dr. Clare. You will not regret it. Nick Filipov (patient)

From registration to discharge premier staff is top notch! My pre op nurse Kelly was efficient, knowledgeable, explained everything and most of all was kind, gentle and caring! The CRNA I believe his name was Edwardo was so compassionate, he put my IV in so effortlessly since my veins are practically un existent! ! He reassured me he would take care of my post op pain and make sure I was comfortable. He explained the entire anesthesia protocol so I knew what was coming. What a great human! Next I meet Dr. Lawson the anesthesiologist. WOW!! So kind and knowledgeable. He answered all my annoying questions. He explained to me each and every drug he was giving me. He even told me the history of the drug that controls bleeding during surgery, amazing! Then there is Dr, Silverstein orthopedic surgeon, what a gifted and talented surgeon with a hint of sass! He thoroughly explained everything and then after surgery told me what he had to do and why! I couldn’t be more impressed! As a retired Nurse of 40 years I was so impressed with the care! I must admit when I walked in I was a bit hesitant. I’m used to state of the art surgery centers and this place is a bit outdated but who cares when you get outstanding treatment! Give these dedicated employees a raise, they deserve it!! Thank You to everyone at Premier Surgery Center!!

I had a cataract surgery on my right eye in September 2025. I want to thank to all staff members of the Premier Surgery Center of Sarasota for the perfect care. The surgery went by the books and the whole crew of doctor David Campbell starting with him, showed high professionalism and outstanding compassion. During the surgery they were talking to me, trying to lower my anxiety because of the procedure. After the surgery crew also showed the highest value of the medical profession. Once more I want to thank to doctor Campbell and all the staff of the center for the best care!

This place was like a chop house. From the gruff receptionist down the line of horror. Initial contact jabbed 4 times and couldn’t find my vein- RN called- From there, no one was remotely pleasant. The last nurse that I saw post surgery was definitely a star of redemption. She was kind and smiling. Even so, the minute i opened my eyes after surgery someone was trying to put my shoes on to free up the bed for rotation. No usual bowel movement etc before release— I observed one elderly woman left in a chair by the door, confused and alone. I realize that it is an Ambulatory facility- but it lacked basic human dignity. Boo on them.
