Christina and staff were very pleasant and helpful with scheduling and insurance questions. Office is comfortable and very little wait times. Dr Monsul is an artist with his needle and thread.

I want everyone to know that I was blessed to have Dr Monsul work on me. I had a very bad eye infection and in an emergency, he saved my life. He has been taking his valuable time to watch and monitor me over the last few months. He is extremely gifted with his hands. He treated me like family and his team was just as caring and accommodating. He is definitely the best of the best. His office staff is friendly and top-notch. I’ve never been treated this well at any medical facility before. Thank you so much!

After a very comfortable consultation with Mr. Monsul, and then an extended financial discussion with Christina, I decided to have my lower eyelids "done" at Hawthorne. My in-office surgery went smoothly, as did the follow-ups with the assistance of Angelina. My experiences were so good that a few months later, I decided to have Dr, Monsul work on my upper eyelids also. At this point, I have been to the office numerous times, and I continue to be pleased with the experiences, prices, and especially with the surgical results!

Dr. Monsul and Christina are excellent. Dr. Monsul is a very caring man with a wonderful sense of humor that makes you feel at home. He is a top notch skilled surgeon and a master at his craft. He and his staff are always willing to answer any and all questions. As a matter of fact we like him so much we have adopted him as our much younger brother.

WARNING!!WARNING!! Had to cancel a procedure based on a 2nd opinion. Dr. Monsul refused to refund my prepayment of $3500.00. Procedure was cancelled well in advance. This senior is now unable to pay her bills this month and Grandkids will have to go without this Christmas. WARNING!! WARNING!!
