I am so grateful to Dr. Karen Chapman for her expertise in a recent eye lift. Following this procedure, which was a first for me, the results were extraordinary and natural. She listened attentively and explained medical concepts with clarity. Her warm smile and gentle demeanor created a comforting environment, making patients like me feel valued and supported throughout her care. Dr Chapman and her staff really deserve 10 stars!!! From the time I entered the office for my consult I felt I made the right choice. Gayle, Dee and Dr Chapman were very professional and made me feel at ease. All my questions were answered and I knew I wanted to move forward with the procedure. I was referred here by my previous surgeon who no longer accepts my insurance. An appointment was scheduled within 2 weeks. I got instructions to download office forms online to save time, plus a reminder call for the appointment. Every person who spoke with me was polite and seemed to like working here. The initial consult was on time and included a detailed medical history review by the MA before the doctor meeting. Dr. Chapman performed a thorough history and physical exam and explained why surgery was not recommended. I appreciate that she did not push an unnecessary procedure to make a profit. I was especially pleased with the attention to detail shown here that seems to be disappearing in many other medical practices in Sarasota.

Dr. Chapman is awesome. Had her close up my surgery by my right eye after surgery to remove skin cancer. No scars whatsoever. Super professional staff. Very caring and Dr. Chapman is very confident and good at what she does. Highly recommend for anything to do with eyes.
