If you are looking for a caring Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Cicilioni is who you are looking for. He is extremely knowledgeable in his profession and takes great care to explain everything. He has a fantastic bedside manner. I knew that I was in great hands for my reduction surgery. His staff, are also amazing. Lori is on top of getting the insurance approvals and leave paperwork done. The office truly treats you like family and although I drive to Sarasota from St. Petersburg, it is well worth the drive. I cannot say enough about my entire experience. Thank you Dr. C!!!

Dr. Cicilioni and his Staff are absolutely exceptional. I went in for an Explant and lift, which was a hard decison to come to, but due to health issues I exhausted everything else. Dr Cicilioni was beyond informative and accepting. He never once judged my decision but instead gave me facts and experiences he's had on this topic. I was so please with the amount of time he so willingly gave without feeling rushed or needy. His ability to explain everything in such detail gave me so much comfort. I could go on for pages, but he is an INCREDIBLE Doctor and Surgeon, even every Nurse in the surgery center confirmed that! His bedside manner is WONDERFUL and I look forward to my visits. The asthetics he was able to leave me with are more than pleasing. I actually enjoy my look and shape better now without my implants. There was barely any dicomfort or pain and that includes when I had drains in! Everyone said how painful my explant and lift would be but I didn't have that experience and it is 100% due to Dr Cicilioni's skillset! My son was in a motorcycle accident and by the Grace of God survived. Unfortunately his face was torn up by the full face helmet he ALWAYS wears. Dr. Cicilioni was the on call plastic surgeon at SMH where he was taken and did an amazing job taking care of my son. Dr. Cicillioni is beyond amazing. Saying this is an understatement. I went to Dr C for an explant. I had no idea what to expect and was petrified , but him and his staff were so very informative and knowledgeable that my mind was totally put to ease . I’m short, I had a severe capsuled implant that we knew had ruptured and had to removed asap. Him and his staff took me in and treated me and my issue with such professionalism. The care they had for me exceeded exceptional. I could go on forever, but you’re most definitely in great hands with Dr Cicillioni and his staff … I’ll never forget this group of professionals as they probably saved my life . He’ll be performing my second surgery no doubt . It’s safe to say you’ll never be judged and only given the most credible and best information regarding your issue.
