After spending 25 minutes on the phone trying to schedule a consultation that I said I would pay cash, I was told to get referral from my PCP. I already had a referral from dermatology. I wanted to ask another simple question but the woman I was speaking with actually hung up on me. What kind of doctor’s office just hangs up on a potential patient? Extremely unprofessional.
