In 2021, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent a double mastectomy. I decided to wait until this year to move forward with Reconstructive Surgery, and I am so grateful that I chose Dr. Paul Tran. From the very beginning, he explained everything thoroughly and made me feel completely at ease. I felt I could truly trust him, and that trust was rewarded every step of the way. My experience at Henry Mayo was absolutely top-notch. The staff were caring and attentive, and the nurses were fantastic— answering every question of making sure I was comfortable. After I was released a day or two later, I even received a thoughtful “get well soon” card from the nursing staff, which really touched me. Dr. Tran has been phenomenal throughout this journey. His compassion, professionalism, and follow up care has been above and beyond my expectations. I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor or team. I highly recommend Dr. Tran and Henry Mayo to anyone seeking exceptional care.

I'm not typically one to leave reviews, but this time around, I'm making an exception because I feel compelled to share my positive experience with this surgeon who performed my breast Implant removal. With 33-year-old silicone textured implants, I recognized the importance of finding a highly qualified general or plastic surgeon for this delicate procedure, especially given the potential for Ruptures. During my consultation with Dr. Paul Tran, he took the time to attentively listen to all my concerns, desires, and requirements. He also carefully reviewed my complete medical history and reports, just as any experienced and qualified surgeon would. Without hesitation, I made it clear that I wanted him to be my surgeon. I can't express enough how thrilled I am with both my results and my recovery. I feel absolutely fantastic! Once again, I chose Dr. Tran because he was the best fit for me, and I am genuinely overjoyed with my decision

I ended up with bilateral pulmonary embolisms, dr and surgery center never put compression air bags things on my legs before during or after surgery.(I have the medical records (Ended up in hospital days later. However. I will say the surgery itself went well. Too bad I almost died. That was my experience 2 yrs ago.

This doctor was so nice when I went in for help with my scar. He said he could fix it so it wasn't bothering me anymore and would be able to submit it through my insurance. Instead, they submitted it as something else and it was denied. I called them to fix it and received a call back that the doctor no longer wanted to proceed with the scar revision and that he wouldn't resubmit it to my insurance. The person I talked to was not pleasant and wouldn't explain why it wasn't suited correctly or why the doctor was now denying the procedure. What a joke!
