Dr. Julie took the time to really listen to what I wanted and, just as importantly, what I didn’t want. She didn’t rush the consultation and explained the treatment options clearly in layman’s terms, which mattered a lot to me since this was my first experience beyond standard facials. Choosing expert-level medical aesthetic care isn’t an easy decision, and I appreciated how approachable and transparent she was throughout the process. I did extensive research beforehand, and what ultimately gave me confidence was seeing several clients with the same facial neuropathy. I wanted facial rebalancing after nerve damage due to dental surgery. Dr. Julie showed me before-and-after videos addressing the same concerns I have, and how correction is possible without an invasion procedure. The results aligned with what wanted and she explained everything in the consultation. Overall, the experience felt extremely knowledgeable. Last comment, I am receiving g Emface treatments for starters which are tailor made for me.❤️

I had reached the end of ineffective treatment options with the dermatologist. Within 10 days of my first treatment, my red, swollen, wrinkled, super-itchy skin calmed down. I've been going to Dr Julie since mid July for tirzepatide shots and started on emsculpt neo for my glutes. I have lost about 12 lbs in 3.5 months with hardly any side effects! I'm happy with the results so far. I haven't seen the results from the Emsculpt Neo treatments yet since it hasn't been 3 months since my last session. Will update when the time comes. If you are looking for weight loss, this is not the right place. I started treatment after being assured that combining tirzepatide with Emsculpt Neo and EmFace over four months would help me reach my goal weight, tone my legs, and prevent facial sagging. I was encouraged to pay upfront for a discounted package of about $5,000 based on these promises. From the first visit, I noticed concerning issues. Bed sheets were not changed between patients, and I ended up bringing my own sheets to every session. During one appointment, I was asked to step out so another patient could be seen during my scheduled time. The provider also stated it was her first time using Emsculpt Neo on legs and seemed unsure about the placement. My progress was never properly monitored. I was not weighed or given a structured plan for months. Each visit was just an injection and treatment, with no follow-up or adjustments. When I raised concerns about not seeing results, I was repeatedly told I was “impatient.” After four months, I lost about 16 pounds, but saw no noticeable improvement in my legs and no prevention of facial sagging. When I questioned paying more for medication due to lack of results, I was told results were not guaranteed and advised to see another provider. Later, when I tried to reschedule an appointment, it was canceled instead, leaving me without medication or a clear plan. When I asked for invoices and receipts, I did not receive them. Communication became dismissive, and I was told my appointment could be given to someone “who is not complaining.” Overall, this experience felt unprofessional, poorly managed, and lacking proper care and accountability. I did not receive the level of monitoring, communication, or results that were represented. Update, I want to correct the inaccurate statement that I attempted to receive services without payment. I paid approximately $5,000 in full through upfront payment and a membership plan. My concerns began when I did not see results despite following the plan and being assured multiple times that I would reach my goals. Instead of addressing this, I was asked to pay additional money for medication.When I raised concerns, I was told to seek another provider. Although the provider later agreed to continue treatment, my appointment was then canceled and communication became dismissive. Patients should not feel that they must stay silent to receive proper care. I stand by my review as an honest account of my experience.
