Dr. Seth Cohen was very kind. He thoughtfully listened to my concerns and addressed them according. His staff was also very kind and attentive to follow up care and outside referrals.

Very caring, understanding and friendly doctors, nurses and staff. I completed my chemo treatments with stellar results. I couldn't have asked for more or to be in better hands.

I was stunned, absolutely stunned at how bad the service was. It seemed like no one I talked with knew anything! Pass me from this person to this person. Then no one calls me back. I have to call them over and over just to get a response. I felt like I was badgering them. It was terrible. I had heard good things and read reviews and did my homework. I am still beside myself at how bad the service was. And this was only the onboarding! I decided if it was this bad now, how bad would the treatments be? Didn't want to find out. I really hope they fix this. We need high quality healthcare in SCV.

Horrible.....they tell you to show up 30 minutes early 1 hour 45 minutes later still no doctor. Very inconsiderate.

Trying to get treatment for my mother was ridiculous. They had no consideration for her diabetes and recommended different medications and diets that either didnt help at all or caused her complications. With no help or better recommendations ultimately my mom ended up in the emergency room and almost died. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.
