I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Yegiyants and her staff with my breast augmentation. I am SOOO thrilled with my results. As a mom who breastfed, I was worried about the outcome of an augmentation without a lift. Dr. Yegiyants was so knowledgeable and supportive throughout the entire process and knew exactly how to achieve the results I wanted. I will be going to her for any future cosmetic work!

Dr Sara Yegiyants is an outstanding doctor and surgeon and I can’t fathom seeing anyone else for breast surgery. She performed my breast reconstruction after my cancer diagnosis and double mastectomy, and unlike 99% of all women who have this done, I have nearly full sensation because of her talents and dedication to cutting edge techniques. She has a background in art, and this is apparent in her focus on aesthetics and how you feel in your body. I recommend her 💯%

After a terrible breast reduction experience with another doctor in Santa Barbara which resulted in too-small, flat breasts that looked really weird, I was afraid I was stuck with that outcome. However, Dr. Yegiyants was able to give me back what I'd lost--no implants, just brilliant surgery--and I'm so, so happy. I feel confident again. Her whole staff is amazing. I felt so well-cared for by everyone I interacted with, unlike I did during my experience with the previous doctor. I'm so grateful to have my body confidence restored. This is my third experience with breast surgery, and she is by far the best surgeon I've interacted with, personally and medically. Her kindness and empathy meant the world to me.

I cannot recommend Dr. Yegiyants enough!!!From start to finish, the entire experience was incredibly professional, efficient, and thoughtfully organized... One of the biggest reasons I chose her was because she’s a female surgeon, and that genuinely made such a difference for me… I felt completely comfortable, understood, and safe throughout the entire process!! She really listened to what I wanted, which was a very natural, subtle correction to something I had been insecure about for basically my whole life. She absolutely delivered!!! I can’t thank her enough The surgery itself was quick and easy. Aside from taking it easy the afternoon of my procedure I was already up and walking around and even going out to lunch the next day. I experienced minimal pain, minimal scarring, and virtually no downtime, which honestly exceeded my expectations. Her post-op care and recommendations were also amazing. She referred me to a medical-grade hyperbaric chamber for recovery, which was such a thoughtful and elevated touch. As someone who’s really into biohacking and optimizing recovery, I appreciated that level of care so much…. it made a noticeable difference. Now four months post-op, I’ve had zero issues and feel like I truly have a new lease on life. I’m beyond happy with my results and so grateful I chose her!!
