Grateful to have found this office. Christina, the patient coordinator, was beyond helpful every step of the way. She made me feel comfortable and never afraid to ask questions. Crystal, the front office manager was just as helpful and kind. Jodi, has been outstanding with patient care and follow ups. Dr. Lowenstein truly takes the time to hear you out as the patient, discuss options, and review what he feels is medically most appropriate. Would recommend to anyone looking for outstanding care and results!

I consulted Dr. Lowenstein with a complex case of occipital neuralgia complicated by two failed attempts at treatment in Canada with cryoablation of both my greater and lesser occipital nerves. My problem required two separate surgical procedures with Dr. Lowenstein to excise the affected areas. I found Dr. Lowenstein on-line and was impressed with his website and explanatory videos and also numerous positive reviews. As a physician myself, I was particularly impressed with his honesty and communication skills. I have had a significant and life-changing improvement in my headaches since the procedures and have nothing but the highest praise for this man.
