Lux Dermatology

I had never been to a dermatologist before but had a small cyst I needed looked at under my right eye, so just went to Lux Dermatology and saw Elizabeth Elliott. She was quick, efficient, personable and very caring. I could not believe how fast the appointment went. Since I had nothing to compare it with I was pleasantly surprised. I was so impressed I made an appt for a body check since my friends have all told me to get checked. I was never a sun goddess but decided it couldn't hurt to get checked. Have an appt in a couple of weeks. I highly recommend Lux Dermatology & Elizabeth and her assistant Delila. Thanks for doing such a great job.

Dr. Elizabeth Elliot and Jasmine and Kiana are professional. Kind and caring manner and do not rush you through your appt. Take time to answer any questions you may have. I felt comfortable at my 1st appt.

Elisabeth is always so very helpful. She takes her companion with her patients so kindly and cares for them. I really appreciate how I wasn't rushed and she listened to everything I had to say. This has been such a great experience with all the help I've received. Personally I had been struggling with a little fungus on my toes and irritation on the back of my ears and she was able to help me resolve these issues. And I so much appreciate her. Thank you

Quite frankly, if I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I have never been so disappointed with a health care facility the way I have with lux dermatology. It is frustrating and sad to see how negligent and thoughtless this office was. They not only documented my 3 minute health visits wrong, they constantly made mistakes with my prescriptions. I had to drive to their office at least 3 times to tell them how to do their jobs. With the amount of effort I had to put in just to get 1 medication they should refund me my copays and add my to their payroll. I also want to mention not once did I receive a “we’re so sorry for this inconvenience” despite clearly being frustrated. Instead I was actually scoffed at over the phone when I tried to ask when my prescription would be sent (which was never sent in the end) and forgotten about when I went into the office to talk to someone after being asked to sit. Does not seem like they take pride in their work or “care” they provide.
