Dr. Marc Soares, Diana, and the office staff were fantastic! I was bitten pretty badly in the face by a dog and the staff worked me into the schedule that morning. Diana carefully examined the damage to my face and discussed my situation with Dr. Marc. I was scheduled for surgery that afternoon in order to repair the tissue. Dr. Marc sutured my face beautifully; leaving me with minimal scarring. I am also appreciative of how quickly they saw me when I had concerns that the scar beneath my eye wasn't healing correctly. Diana was able to reassure me and set up a plan in case it remains an issue. Additionally, the office staff have gone above and beyond helping me with my insurance! I cannot thank them enough for saving my face and being emotionally supportive during a terrifying time in my life!

These reviews are for DrJuilo Soares not dr. Marc that sounds like a goof so make sure you don’t mix them up ! Dr Julio Soares is amazing I’ve seen several of his patients and they are gorgeous I just had skin cancers removed but he did a very nice job on them they healed with no bumps like nothing had ever been done at all. I recommend him and his staff caring and professional

I did get the results I expected by lifting the sagging of my jowls and neck, however, Dr. Soares caused my beautiful, perky eyelids to be pulled downward due to puckering sutures at my temples. The worst part is Dr. Soares' attitude of not admitting the truth even after before and after pictures were shown to him. I do not trust him and do not recommend him.

This isn't about the quality of the work performed by Dr Julio, it's rather the customer service. I was called 30 minutes before my appt and told he was running about 15 minutes late. I arrived, filled out the paperwork (15 minutes), sat in the waiting room another 15 before being put in an exam room where I waited another 30 minutes. After 45 minutes, I left, told the receptionist I was done waiting. I don't understand why doctors think it's OK to make people wait like that. It isn't like everyone else doesn't have busy lives, I took time out of my workday, drove 15 miles, circled the hospital parking lot and still managed to be on time. I was recommended by a patient of his but reading some of these reviews kind of gives me second thoughts. Regardless the whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I'll be looking for someone else who wants to hard earned money and appreciate my valuable time as much as I do theirs.

Haven't even gotten a chance to make it in for my medical consult as this is the 2nd time ive called a wwel prior to verify appt to be told that they "Tried to call and leave a message to reschedule". I've had referral for 6 months waiting to be seen for a consult. I've told the office. My insurance is going to lapse in the fall so the urgency of this appt is super important. As of now I haven't gotten a very good sense of bedside manner from this practice. And quite frankly not even sure after reading reviews if I can trust this doctor and his practice.
