I'd heard that Dr Thoman was an extraordinary doctor and well respected but I can speak from experience and say it's TRUE because Dr. Thoman quite literally saved my life after another doctor gravely misdiagnosed me. Whoever sees him is in good hands.

It's been 3 weeks now since my first scheduled surgery. I've been scheduled for surgery twice now. Both were cancelled by the doctor. The first one was my fault. Even though I went and had my lab work done before my scheduled surgery, the labs have to be done at least 7 days before the surgery. No one had verbally mentioned that. So then they had re-scheduled me 8 days later. The doctor I guess had thrown in a last minute additional lab work while I was simultaneously having my blood drawn for the labs originally requested for the first surgery. I did the lab work on a Friday mind you. The doctor never called me back about my lab results and it wasn't until that following Wednesday afternoon that I was notified that the additional lab work added was never done. So they cancelled my last scheduled surgery. Now I've been just waiting to schedule a date for the surgery I'm desperately needing. They said that I can't be seen until the following month, once the doctor gets back from vacation. And they couldn't even give me a date to schedule the surgery. Just crazy!
