Well it has been 13 year now since Dr. Pound made me go from flat to fabulous. I'm not sure why I never wrote a review but someone just asked me who my dr was and I Google him for her and decided it was time to write this. 13 years later and I am still very happy with my augmentation. My husband & I chose Dr. Pound for his bedside manner and because after 2 C sections I just didn't want anymore scars. We decided to go through the belly button and I love how people are shocked when they hear that is an option. I would HIGHLY recommend this way to anyone! I just turned 50 and I have not had one single issue with my implants. When it is time to get any new work done I know 100% that I will go back to Dr. Pound.

I had a lift 13 yrs ago preformed by Dr. Pound. My breasts still look amazing. I'm so thankful I researched and took my time finding such a great surgeon. He was pricier than the surrounding doctor's, but its surgery, I thought it might be smarter to not cheap out lol. The website still has my before and after. I couldn't be more pleased.

Dr. Pound is a good plastic surgeon. I've had several procedures performed by Dr. Pound and I was happy with the outcome of each one. I was forced to quit using him because he decided to hire this Jennifer that several patients have commented about. She was a terrible employee and Dr. Pound didn’t realize it. She ran off lots of customers and fired his office manager because of Jennifer. I would love to use Dr. Pound now but he took Jennifer’s word over mine and everyone else’s. She would come in the room to get me ready. Start talking about Dr. Pound with the F word flying out of her mouth. I was in the of two or 3 times and she would use foul language with me in the room. She is what really hurt Dr. Pounds business. It’s too bad he wouldn’t answer the phone or call me back because I still think he’s a great plastic surgeon!

April 17, 2017 makes a year since I had my tummy tuck done by Dr Pound. Before deciding to go with him to do my surgery, of course I did my research and also considered other doctors. My first visit to his office was comfortable and he provided me with useful knowledge. Though I felt his personality was very dry, personality wasn't at the top of my list. But the ability to perform his skill was and from my research I felt he would be best for the job, or so I thought. Dr. Pound was straight to the point with everything. Sometimes to straight to the point and that soon got under my skin. After I had my surgery I was happy with my results AT FIRST. I came in for check ups to make sure things were going good. After the removal of my drains I started to build fluid..... a lot of it. I had to go in three times to get the fluid removed, Yes I know this happens sometimes. One thing that really surprised me was the lack of communication during my post op period. I never heard anything from them, not even a courtesy call just to make sure things was going ok. Not even one even the ER call you after a visit. It was like a one night stand just with surgery. So I schedule my appointments as needed and even then I left the office feeling unsure about everything. My tummy was still fat in places I didn't like they ( Dr, Pound and Jennifer ) told me this was normal and that it will change over time, but it never did. I talk to Dr. Pound and Jennifer about it and he suggested more liposuction. Due to the fact he never get to aggressive with the liposuction while performing a tummy tuck because of health reasons. I wasnt to sure about this... I had just paid close to 9,000 for a tummy tuck. So the cost of liposuction wasn't in my budget. Dr. Pound told me he wouldnt charge me his fee just the fee for the equipment which should have been anywhere between 5 to 700 so I agreed. He said it would be done in office so we will not have to go to the OR. It was left up to Melissa ( I believe that is her name) to get back to me with the exact pricing. SHE NEVER CALLED. I called her numerous of times and each time it was " let me go over what your getting done and I will call you back" and as always SHE NEVER CALLED BACK. I tried one last time to reach her for the pricing hoping this time things would be different. I guess she finally found the time to do her job and answer my questions. She informed me that the liposuction would be 3000 ( that's not what Dr. pound, Jennifer and I discuss) and the procedure would have to take place in the OR because they don't do that procedure in the office.....again not what we discuss. I informed her on what we had decided on, then asked to speak with Jennifer. Just for her to get on the phone and act as if we never even made a plan to correct the situation. I was floored and so frustrated at this point. I tried to explain to Melissa how I don't understand how it could cost so much if he wasn't charging me his fee. She rudely replied " ITS A PROCEDURE AND PROCEDURES COST MONEY". I wanted to speak with Dr.Pound myself but he was busy. She said she would get with him and let me know till this day she has yet to call me back. If I could do it over I would have never chose this place. I truly feel I could have been treated better.

This office was very bad services. I kind of easy people but I have to say that. We had consultation and made payment right away. When I was ready for surgery in hospital, anesthesia requested more documents, and they canceled I had to go home. I have been waited for documents anything about 2 months, but the office did not call back or ask something 😕. I tried to call and email many time so they contacted me for the date surgery. The doctor still canceled me again. He canceled in last two minutes when I already got medication for surgery. The refund was trouble and no reach out customer. Dr Pound and his staff are not responsible, unrespect, and untrust. Everyone should avoid it. We actually find a kind doctor. Please refund for me when got this review. Breast implant
