Illuminate Plastic Surgery - San Jose

I have the type of skin that hyperpigment when you look at it wrong! If you share my olive tan skin type you know exactly what I mean. Kelly Setoguchi is a PA at Illuminate in their San Jose location. She has been taking great care of my skin for the past 18 months. I have seen practitioners in the past that have left me with scars that last for months . . . yes I have that type of skin. If you pop a zit I will see it for 3 months kind of skin. Kelly has never left a mark and as it should be I look better every time I see her. I know she pulses Moxi and BBL with me and she gets me custom prescriptions sent directly to me. If I need a little smoothing out I will shamelessly admit I am also happy to let her use injectables as needed. She knows I like to look natural and like myself. Don't get me wrong if you want a little extra I have some friends that have gone that and she will accommodate you, but I have never seen ANY frankenstein work from any of the practitioners at Illuminate. I can't say enough about how great she is. (the first picture is all of the hyperpigmentation on my forehead - no make up. I had the second is after 6 ish sessions with Kelly I have only a tinted sunscreen and light make up on)

Hands down the best experience I’ve had getting Botox! The front staff was so welcoming and pleasant, the treatment was quick and painless, and I truly felt I was in great hands. Marisha was incredibly informative and professional. I’ll absolutely recommend this facility to anyone considering Botox or other treatments.

Wow wow wow! Please take my advice, if you are even considering getting a breast augmentation, Dr.B is your surgeon TRUST ME! I’m 59 years old and I’ve had prior breast surgeries in my earlier years and then decided to remove them. 2 years later after removal I decided to do another breast augmentation and since I was already a client at Illuminate for Botox and laser treatments, I decided to do a consultation with Dr. B. First impression, right off the bat was, “ ok he truly listens and seems to know exactly what I’m looking for!” So of course I scheduled my date of surgery! Going into surgery I wasn’t unreasonable that, my breasts were going to be perfect but I knew he’d do a great job for sure. Well let me tell you, THEY ARE PERFECT!!!!!!!!! I look better than I did in my 30’s!!!!!!! I feel more confident than I ever have. Dr. B and he’s team are fantastic! Thank you thank you!

Had an amazing experience with Dr B and staff!!! From the beginning to end was more than I expected. I was apprehensive about having surgery. Doctor B and Staff made me feel so comfortable. Everyone was welcoming, and very attentive to any questions that I had or concerns. From my surgery to my postop, Dr. B and his nurse Erin were amazing in ensuring all my questions were answered. I never felt alone through my post op and recovery! My surgery was an amazing experience!! Doctor B is very detail oriented and does amazing work. I could not be happier with my results.
