I've really enjoyed my time at gold n glo for tattoo removal. The process is really easy, the nurse is kind and knowledgeable! I've gone to other tattoo removal businesses and all have tried very hard to pressure me into expensive packages (involving signing up for a new credit card!) that are totally not worth it. I feel like I get great results from gold n glo at a much more reasonable price and without the predatory practice. Everyone is always very kind when I go there and I would recommend it to anyone!

Amazing, respectful and professional. Becky is such a sweetheart. I’ve been coming here for all my tattoo removals and it’s been a work in progress but outstanding to say the least. I’ve been seeing progress and each session thank you Becky for giving me a new chance at life

I went for tattoo removal. So far all good! No side effects after 2 weeks, I’m healed. The owner Becky is a very good communicator , answers the phone and schedules appointments, trustworthy, no fuss! There wasn’t much aftercare info however, but I have had tattoo removal before so I already know that it is simple. I really appreciate their service and I look forward to going back!! Thanks all.

I absolutely love it here! Becky, the owner, definitely shared my vibes about the process. Professional, quick, friendly, & always heals well, so I know they know what they're doing on their part. Both Daisy & Sonia have very light touches & give lots of breaks which is crucial for me, very much appreciated. I feel it is necessary when someone is going to shadow the process to introduce them to the patient beforehand so that they may be able to address, & mostly welcome the shadow & interact with her as well during the process. The next patient might feel like a number when someone walks in when they are already in a prone position, exposed, and the two just begin chatting about a procedure being done on the patient as if the patient is not part of it or otherwise just a warm body. I've worked in the health field over ten years and have always felt like how a cadaver must feel when this quick hello/introduction, explanation, & "thanks for allowing me to be present for your procedure for the benefit of my skill growth"/goodbye is entirely skipped as it was at my most recent visit. The process could be explained on a dummy or otherwise & I wasn't asked if someone could watch my procedure. I never even saw the shadow's face. But, I am all for teaching & learning - so all is forgiven. That being said, I understand there's a process to everything that can be done differently according to a large variety of cultural and professional practices. I had a smooth appointment that otherwise went very well - Sonia even let me know we reached the highest strengths to date, which thrilled me! The healing process is going well which leads me to conclude that Sonia must train for a reason & her skills are highly admired. So far, I have zero scarring from both her and Daisy's treatments & am planning to return until the process is finished. Becky was kind enough to honor the Groupon price a second time & I enjoy & look forward to working with her & her sweet staff.

This has been the worst experience ever and a waste of my time. First, it was nearly impossible to book an appointment and after a lot of back and forth, I finally confirmed my appointment with Becky. I hired a babysitter. I rearranged my weekend plans and when I drove over 30 miles for it, Becky wasn't there. I waited over 40 min, leaving voicemails.. nothing. I am not surprised the business is advertising the services on Groupon as how can you be doing well if you are not showing up for your appointments. Also when I called, I was told I will be paying extra from my 3 sessions I purchased without any consultation. How are you able to determine it, without seeing the patient?
