Excellent experience with Dr Bermudez and his staff. From my initial consultation through recovery, everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the procedure in detail, and ensure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. My Expectations were exceeded and I'm extremely happy with my results and grateful for the outstanding care I received.

I went to see Dr. Bermudez on the recommendation of my wife, a registered nurse who had previously worked in a hospital with many cosmetic surgeons and their patients, including Dr Bermudez in San Francisco. She spoke very highly of him and the positive results she had seen in his patients.I was apprehensive and nervous as an older man who had never had any cosmetic surgery.Both of my eyelids were drooping and one more so than the other. My peripheral vision was impaired more in one eye than the other. I also had substantial bags under both of my eyes, which gave me a tired look. Dr. Bermudez was the first and only doctor I consulted with regarding an upper and lower eyelid lift(blepharoplasty) I was surprised and impressed by my consultation. He explained everything in detail regarding the procedure, what to expect in the different stages of healing, pain, possible complications, and any other questions that I might possibly have. I found him to be extremely professional, patient, helpful and kind. My surgery was a complete success and the results were much better than I could have imagined. The follow up appointments were thorough and I felt well cared for. My peripheral vision is now normal and my wife says I look rested, natural and younger. I am so glad I got the surgery and cannot thank Dr.Bermudez and his staff enough for helping me.

Dr. Bermudez gave me exactly what I asked for and I am extremely pleased with my outcome, thus far. I want to preface my review by noting that while my husband was not initially the biggest advocate for what I wanted, he was very supportive of my decision. That said, he, too, has been equally impressed, not only with my results, but with Dr. Bermudez himself and his thoughtful and perceptive approach throughout the process. Dr. Bermudez was my first consultation. He was generous with his time and made a genuine effort to get to know me as a person, who I am, what I do, what I wanted, and what my expectations were, so he could provide a holistic and realistic plan. What stood out most was his focus on the big picture. He consistently centered the conversation on me, the person as a whole, and everything circled back to that. He is perceptive and thoughtful, with a calm demeanor and a very kind bedside manner. I left that consultation extremely impressed and confident that I would be in good hands. His work also stood out to me as natural, classy, and tasteful. You can tell he takes great pride in his work...artistry, is really what it is. Although I had two additional consultations scheduled with other surgeons, and he encouraged me to meet with other surgeons as well, I ultimately felt that was unnecessary. In my own line of work, I often advise people to consult multiple professionals to ensure the right fit. Yet, despite both his advice and my own usual practice, I cancelled the other consultations and made the executive decision to proceed with Dr. Bermudez. I do not regret it. As to the outcome, a friend who had undergone a similar procedure elsewhere (not with Dr. Bermudez) warned me that the immediate post-operative appearance could be shocking. That was not my experience at all. I was pleasantly surprised by how good everything looked. Even within 12 hours post-surgery, I could already see that I got exactly what I asked for, and things have only continued to improve. During my post-operative visits, Dr. Bermudez has been patient in answering my many questions and taking the time to explain things so I could better understand the process. What further impressed me was his response when I raised the possibility of a secondary procedure. Quite frankly, any other surgeon would have been happy to say yes and take my money. Instead, Dr. Bermudez preferred a more measured approach, taking things one step at a time and allowing me to fully recover before even considering another procedure. I share this because choosing a surgeon goes far beyond reviewing photos. You want someone who understands your goals, offers thoughtful and individualized guidance, and sets realistic expectations. Dr. Bermudez sees the patient as a whole and brings both artistry and restraint to his work. I feel very comfortable with my decision and grateful to have been in his care. I am beyond pleased with his work.

Dr. Bermudez recently used the earwell system to reshape my son’s ear. His ear was pointed and had some cartilage that was overlapping. We couldn’t be happier with the results. His ear looks great and the process was quick - 6 weeks total. Dr. Bermudez was honest and upfront with us about what to expect, success rate, and care, so that we could make an informed decision before proceeding. We’re so happy that we moved forward with treatment and highly recommend Dr. Bermudez to those with similar needs.
