I’ve been a patient at BACD for over 5 years. Beautiful facility, with a kind and professional treatment team. Dr. Austin is one of the best doctors in California- and certainly the best the of the Bay Area. I’ve been treated for skin issues that other doctors cannot properly diagnose or treat. But Dr. Austin has phenomenal knowledge of skin, women’s health, and treatments for those that are multi-ethnic. (Like myself!) Most of all she educates the patient on how to care for their body and skin for the best long term effects. This includes having amazing products to treat the skin. ( see my skin care products below). I have rosacea and I wouldn’t trust my face or skin with anyone else . Thank you to the BACD team ! Stunning results that have transformed how I think about my health, skin, and body.

This practice is top-shelf from the front desk to the Drs. Have been a pt of Dr. Austin’s for several years now and she initially corrected a very bothersome, adverse outcome I had experienced at another practice. Dr. Austin is one of the best Drs I have ever seen; her knowledge and aesthetic talent is second to none. I am so grateful I researched long and hard for the best dermatologist in SF! ♥️

From the doctors to the nurses to the front desk staff, everyone at BACD is exceptional. They are warm, welcoming, professional, and truly experts in their field. The doctors combine intelligence, precision, and artistry in a way that is rare to find — they keep me looking ageless and natural. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found such a talented team.

My experience was excellent. All of the staff are professional and kind. Mary Krempa RN explained everything in detail before my Tixel treatment, which was done very efficiently with little to no pain. I will be returning to see her for the rest of my treatments. I highly recommend Mary Krempa RN and this practice as a whole.

My daughter and I were patients of Dr. He for a few years while living in San Francisco. We were given a run around and any treatments/medication received made it far worse. I received laser for a scar left behind from Shingles. My daughter was treated for acne on a variety of medications. When advocating for a different approach or dosage, Dr. He had terrible bedside manner. When we confronted him about how he was giving double dosage since she would be away, he completely denied it. He was not authentic about nurturing a persons experience and not ideal for us. We have landed on much better providers who care about their patients. Avoid Dr. He and his money making schemes. We should have stuck with Dr. Watkins and her warmth. That being said, the out of pocket fees were outrageous and wait times were awful. Trying to create a monopoly in SF, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
