Dr Bevins and the staff at Pacific Lipo were very approachable, supportive, and genuinely caring throughout the process. They answered all my questions and follow up care were seamless. I'm still in my early stages of recovery and I can already see positive results. Each of my visits thus far are all positives and I'm looking forwards to continued improvements.

I had an amazing experience at Pacific Lipo! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Stef made the whole process smooth and ensuring I felt comfortable throughout and when I had doubts about anything I was able to call, text &/or email only to get a prompt response with detailed feedback about all my questions/concerns. 8 years ago I had a horrible past surgery experience my results were not at all what I had requested but Dr. Gocken made me feel comfortable that he could help he has awesome bedside manners, down to earth, listened and advised based on my concerns without being pushy which made me feel at ease and that I was making the right choice. Dr. Gocken is incredibly skilled definitely exceeded my expectations. He focused on my insecurity areas; I am 2 weeks post up and already am super happy with the results so far! I had an incredible experience with Dr. Rakhesh Guttikonda and his team at PacificLipo! From start to finish, they provided exceptional care and professionalism. I underwent liposuction and a tummy tuck, and my recovery exceeded all expectations—minimal swelling and a smooth healing process, with no signs of fibrosis. Dr. Guttikonda took the time to explain every step of the procedure in detail, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed throughout the journey. His expertise and attention to detail truly show in my results. The entire team was attentive, supportive, and always available to address any concerns. I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience to help others make informed decisions. I paid approximately $5,000 for chin liposuction and scar revision with Dr. Joseph Bivens at Pacific Liposuction. Unfortunately, 6 months post-procedure, the results did not match what was represented: 1) The chin contour shows no visible improvement from pre-procedure to post-procedure (documented with photos) 2) The scar revision resulted in irregular scarring 3) A postoperative suture was missed during removal and remained embedded for weeks, healing into the skin and contributing to the irregularity I understand that complications can happen in any medical procedure - what matters most is how a practice responds when they do. When I raised these concerns during follow-up, the surgeon initially offered to perform a complimentary revision, acknowledging the outcome was not what we’d hoped for. However, after I inquired about potentially seeing a different surgeon within the practice, the entire offer was withdrawn and I was told to seek care elsewhere. The most disappointing aspect was the communication breakdown. What felt like a productive, even friendly conversation (we were laughing together during the appointment) was later characterized by the practice as “confrontational.” The practice ultimately declined to provide any corrective care and has not responded to my request for financial accommodation. I’m now seeking corrective care elsewhere at additional cost to address both the original concerns and complications from the retained suture. I would strongly recommend finding a different practice. When complications arise or results don’t meet expectations, you want a surgeon and team who will work with you to make it right - not one that will withdraw care and leave you to deal with it on your own.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ ****12/29/25 Update: they are now responding to my comment saying that I wasn’t treated here when I have the receipts showing that I was treated at this location
