I would highly recommend Dr. Sassan Alavi for cosmetic surgery. He and his staff are highly professional and treated me with the utmost respect. I received three estimates and his was extremely fair in comparison with the others. I knew I was in good hands and could trust him, he's also very kind and a perfectionist in his work/artistry. After losing 130 lbs. my upper arms were left with a lot of hanging skin that made clothes impossible to fit so I had brachioplasty surgery. While I'm still healing and will need a small adjustment, I am well pleased with the results. Thank you very much, Dr. Alavi!
