I’ve had a really positive experience with this office. From the front desk to the clinical staff, everyone is professional, kind, and makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. They take the time to answer questions and make sure you understand your options without ever feeling rushed. My wife will be coming in next week for a scar revision, and I feel very confident in Dr. Shah’s skills and expertise. she has been thorough, knowledgeable, and reassuring during my wife’s consultations, which has made me feel at ease moving forward with treatment. Dr. Shah also saw my aunt for a consultation, and she was also very impressed with how thorough and thoughtful she was in explaining her options and answering all of her questions. Overall, I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for attentive care and a team that truly prioritizes their patients.

I just had my annual post op appointment for my mommy makeover done by Dr. Shah and am very happy to write a glowing review for her and Hill Country Plastic Surgery. I had a tummy tuck, breast lift, and liposuction done June 2025. I, and my husband, are very satisfied with both the experience from the initial consultation, surgery, and postoperative care and the actual physical results!!! This was one of the best medical experiences I’ve had. The staff was organized, efficient, and welcoming from the start, making everything feel smooth and stress-free. Dr. Farber was exceptional—knowledgeable, patient, and fully present. I asked many questions to include the medical terms for the procedure. Dr Farber answered both in medical terms and with my follow up, in clear, straightforward language. The procedure itself was flawless, with every step explained beforehand and during, which made the experience comfortable and reassuring. Post-op instructions were clear, and I really appreciated the follow-up the next day to check in and offer continued support. Even the follow-up visit maintained that same high level of care. This is the kind of experience you hope for but rarely find—would absolutely recommend Dr. Farber and the team and Hill Country Plastic Surgery.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Farber after a very unusual accident while traveling. A stick struck my face and caused a lesion, and given that it happened in a rainforest, I was especially concerned about infection and scarring. Dr. Farber was thorough, knowledgeable, and extremely attentive. He and Dr. Shah carefully cleaned the wound, made sure I was placed on the appropriate antibiotics, and has continued to closely monitor my healing. He has provided clear instructions and thoughtful follow‑up to ensure the best possible outcome, especially since the injury is on my face. I am so grateful for his care, expertise, and attention to detail. I highly recommend Dr. Farber.

I went in to the office for a explant/lift and I’m so grateful I chose this office. The whole staff is so helpful and informative. All my questions were answered and the surgery itself went great!
