I had a breast augmentation with a mastopexy on July 18, 2025, and it was truly the best decision I’ve ever made. I’ve had four children, all breastfed, so my breasts had definitely been through the wringer! From the moment I walked into Dr. Ayala’s office, the staff made me feel safe and welcome. Dr. Ayala himself is the sweetest and most professional doctor I’ve ever met. My consultation was so informative that I left completely confident about moving forward with the procedure. The surgery itself was a breeze. I felt great and already loved my results. The follow-up appointments were just as positive, and once again, Dr. Ayala and his team made me feel supported and reassured every step of the way. Absolutely amazing results!.I am 47 now, I had a breast augmentation done 8 yrs ago with Dr.Ayala and he did fantastic job. My breast , 8 years later , still looks fab. I returned month ago Jan 2026 for my face lift /since age/gravity began show and bothered me. Dr.Ayala once again did fantastic job. I was back to work in 2 weeks. i am one month post surgery, back to the gym, full time work , and I look like I am in early 30th. VERY NATURAL just how I wanted, I absolutely love it!! There is a few months waiting time for the surgery, which was not an issue. the preop process was smooth. very good communication with the office staff. I Absolutely LOVE DR.Ayala, and his medical staff.
