In July, 2025, I had breast reduction surgery by Dr. Crombie and her team. As with any surgery, I was nervous. And while I believed I had done my research and educated myself about the procedure, I was still apprehensive. Now post surgery, I want to recognize the staff who attended me the day of surgery. From the admission staff at the surgical center, the staff who prepared me for the procedure, the anesthesia team, the surgeons and the post surgery-recovery staff, everyone was professional, reassuring, positive, and without exception, displayed professionalism and competence. At all times I was impressed by the confidence of the staff and their demonstrated training and skill. Should I ever need plastic surgery in the future, I would return to this team without hesitation. I have already recommended them to friends and colleagues.

I am very impressed by Dr. Gregory Hobson and PA. McKenzie Simpson. I started my breast reconstruction in January 2022. They have both been so amazing to go through this hard time with, they are easy to contact and willing to listen to all my concerns. My worries felt validated and resolved quickly. They were very patient with me. I am very impressed and I honestly feel no other provider could have made me look this good or feel this confident.10 stars for sure! I had breast reduction surgery with Dr. COURTNEY CROMBIE. It was the BEST EXPERIENCE!!! I’ve been putting it off for 10+ years, just nervous and scared. Her staff is amazing - shout out to Mackenzie for her 5 star bedside manner!! Everyone was professional and friendly throughout the entire process. Day of surgery was great, actually got in early and the surgery went quicker than expected . Every single member of the medical staff was professional, thorough, took time to listen to my worries and fully answer my questions. And I absolutely LOVE my results. This is the team to see for breast surgery!!!

I had FTM top surgery with Dr. Dana Johns at the U of U transgender clinic, and I could not be happier with my experience and results. The staff were friendly, respectful, and helpful. Dr. Johns is kind and affirming and supportive. At first, I was really bummed about the wait time for a consultation and surgery, but I am so glad I went with her instead of one of my faster options. She was well worth the wait! Other surgeons I considered have BMI restrictions, bad bedside manner, and/or results that were not at all what I was looking for. But Dr. Johns and her team at the U gave me everything I needed and wanted. And my BMI of 42 was never even an issue for them. I highly recommend Dr. Dana Johns and the transgender health clinic at the University of Utah!

Literally had the worst experience here. Was told one thing; billed another. Was waiting in the treatment chair for an hour (for what I was told would be a 20 minute appointment). It was unprofessional. Literally DO NOT GO HERE. If I can save even one person from making the same mistake I did: I’d call that a success. Save your money/time/effort and go somewhere else. Just trust me.
