The front desk people were warm and welcoming, and organized getting me checked in. A medical assistant took my vitals and got everything set up for the doctor, again very pleasant professional efficient and kind. Dr Kim was exceptional in his ability to describe and help me understand my complex surgical options, and what I might consider to be pros or cons or consequences of the different ways to do my procedure. I left the office feeling very well cared for, and capable of working with the doctor to decide how to proceed. There was some significant wait time between the care providers I met with, and that means they were giving other people the same attention, information and time that they gave me. Under these circumstances I'm happy to wait my turn.

Dr.Kim and his staff is the absolute best! I am so lucky to have them on my team. They are professionals, yet make you feel like family! One amazing group!
