I find Dr Mason thorough in her examination. She takes the time to listen and address my concerns and responds appropriately and she shows compassion.She measures any concerning spots and follows up at the next appointment, comparing the changes if any. I like that she always has had someone in the room with her to assist.

Dr Mason is awesome, as is her team (Madeline and Chloe). After suffering for months and being treated somewhere closer to my workplace, I sought Dr Mason because she’s the best. She’s highly professional, fast, and articulate. You can tell this is someone well trained who can assess, diagnose and help resolve any dermatological issue. Her straightforward approach is so appreciated. When asked to remove moles, she never gave me the “this will cost you …because it’s considered cosmetic” which Seems to be a common response in other practices. Her team have been super helpful and friendly. With doctors booking out months in advance, they heard my request due to the urgent nature of my medical need and worked with me to get into the office within days. So grateful for this team!

Awareness - My Mother is an existing patient of this practice. Today, I was given a 9 month window to see a doctor on a suspcious mole. I told the receptionist/scheduler that this is dark and we were told to come, she said, '9 months' or see someone else. When I said that doesn't work, she hung the phone up. Called the primary back for a new doctor. MassGen, highly rated and scheduled for 2 weeks. Be your own advocate.

The level of incompetence of this doctor is beyond belief. For a simple, easy to fix skin issue, she scared the daylights out of me and, without giving me any explanations, sent me to see a cancer specialist in an unrelated area in a far away place, which led to a lot of unnecessary grief. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone.
