My experience at The Plastic Surgery Center was fantastic from start to finish! Everyone at the office from receptionists to nurses to doctors is extremely kind and patient. The consultation that I received was very informative, and the doctor took the time to answer all of my questions. (Dr. Yamahata is the best!) I ended up getting a tummy tuck, liposuction, and breast lift. I couldn't be happier with my results. My only regret is that I didn't have this done years ago! Thank you TPSC for giving me the best experience AND the best results!

I had surgery with Dr. Scott Green in April 2024, and overall I’m very happy with my results. From the initial consult, he made a great impression very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. He has excellent bedside manner and made me feel comfortable enough to move forward with surgery. A friend recommended him to me, and I can definitely see why. Before surgery, I lost about 30–35 pounds and then lost an additional 10 pounds afterward. Looking back, I do wish I had gotten a little closer to my personal goal weight before having the procedure, but I’m still happy with the outcome and continuing to work toward my goals. Your girl is looking snatched! One thing I appreciated was that he strongly recommended walking after surgery, which helped me tremendously during recovery. He did not personally recommend massages, although I ended up getting them later on , around six months post-op. His nurse was also incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. After surgery, most of my follow-up interactions were with his nurse rather than Dr. Green himself. I understand he has a busy practice, but I would have liked to have seen him a little more during the recovery process. Overall, I had a positive experience and am happy with my decision and my results! My before and after results are featured on his instagram page, but here are a few of my after! No more fupa!

I recently had breast augmentation and a tummy tuck with Dr. Green, and I am extremely happy with my experience and results so far. From the beginning, the office staff were very friendly, helpful, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. My surgery went smoothly, and my recovery has been better than I expected. The first three days were the hardest, mostly because of the drains, the surgical bra, the tight compression garment (which is not something you normally wear), and the limited mobility. For me, the pain at the surgery site itself wasn’t that bad – it was more the combination of everything together. Even so, I am very glad I made this decision for myself. It is honestly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I just had my 6-week follow-up, and even though there is still some swelling in my abdomen, I can already see a big difference compared to before. The scar on my tummy is smooth, straight, and thin, and I’m confident it will continue to fade nicely with time. My breasts are full but still look very natural, which is exactly what I wanted. One of the reasons I chose Dr. Green was because his before-and-after photos showed neat, well-placed scars, unlike many other websites I looked at. I also appreciated that he has an Instagram where he openly shares his work, which made me feel he was transparent and confident in his results. Ultimately, the outcome really speaks for itself. I’m very happy I chose him and I’m looking forward to my 4-month follow-up. I would definitely recommend Dr. Green and his team.

I had a breast augmentation on January 16, 2025 with Dr. Wayne Yamahata. Upon extensive research, I came across Dr. Yamahata’s name in a reddit thread. The before and after photos of his work looked amazing and showed type of results that I was looking for in a BA. I’m from the Bay Area, but happily drove out to Sacramento for my consult and procedure. Everything has went smoothly from my initial consultation, trying out sizes at the pre-op, the procedure itself, and post-op. The staff has always been great and helpful at the Plastic Surgery Center - from Kelly, the patient coordinator, and Lyn (sorry if I spelled this wrong) who I believe is the physician’s assistant providing good vibes through the anxiety of surgery, and the medical staff answering the phones about all of my concerns and prescription transfers. I also want to call out Dr. Scott Green. I am not his patient, but he was the on-call doctor that provided me with exceptional care with a medical concern over the weekend when Dr. Yamahata was unavailable. No detail was ruled out, and glad that even though my concern ended up being a spitting suture from my BA, he offered to help me out with urgency in case I needed an emergency explant if Dr. Yamahata was unavailable to do so. Fortunately, no emergency explant needed. Dr. Yamahata was in-office and took care of me. I never met Dr. Green but am grateful with the amount of support I received from him while I was highly anxious about the concern. So far I’m very pleased with my BA results and this surgery center. I feel good knowing that my doctor is great, along with the team of doctors and staff that he works alongside with.

I drove five hours just to have my surgery done with Dr.Yamahata. Dr.Yamahata and the anesthesiologist were great! The pre-op nurses on the other hand were not that personable and frankly short and rude. The check-in nurse was rushed and made me feel inadequate for asking questions. She didn’t come off as caring. My second nurse, who took my vitals and prepped me for the surgery room was a little more nicer but did not take the time to explain the processes she was doing at all. When it came time to put my IV in, she did not tell me what she was doing and poked me without a warning. I’ve had IV’s before and they were fine, but this nurse really hurt me. It was very painful. All in all, I expected a more personable experience from the nursing staff. Like I said, Dr.Yamahata and the anesthesiologist were great! But the nursing staff needs to be replaced!
