Dr. Michael P. Goodman, MD

Dr. Michael Goodman was my gynecologist many, many years ago, and I confided in him during one clinic visit the domestic abuse I was enduring from my ex husband. However, he knew before I even confided in him. He was so supportive and gave me contact information to leave that situation. I could sense from his demeanor that he was truly concerned for me and my 1- 1/2 year old son's safety. Thankfully, I left in March 2006 and for good. I'll always remember Dr. Goodman's caring persona.

I visit Dr. Goodman as a woman over 50. I appreciate his thoughtful advice. I do not feel rushed, I feel heard. I have all my questions answered. Although I see another primary care physician, seeing Dr. Goodman ensures me I have a complete picture of my health as I journey through the second half of my life. From the office visit, to the lab work follow up, to feeling I have great continuity of integrated care, I am glad I see Dr. Goodman.

I can’t say enough about my experience at Caring for Women. I was made to feel very comfortable by everyone, especially Rachel (I hope i remembered her name right 😬) who not only checked me in and drew my blood, but shared her own experiences with me and helped ease some of my anxiety. In all my years, I have never been sat down and spoken to about my sexual health. Women need more of this! It was clinical and personal and honest. Dr. Goodman and Dr. Reed are wonderful and I’m glad I went here instead of some med spa that is trying to just market towards women’s insecurities.

Dr. Goodman was very helpful, accommodating, and understanding. I would say he is a pro in his sphere. Everything was very well communicated to me, and all of my questions were answered with no hesitation. I recommend Dr. Goodman without hesitation - I am totally satisfied with his work. Dr. Goodman's staff is very pleasant to talk to as well.

I saw Dr. Reed for help with menopausal symptoms. He was attentive, relaxed, very easy to talk to, and incredibly knowledgeable. I was referred by my coworker and drove from Santa Rosa to see him. Well worth it.
