Had an appointment scheduled and had been on the schedule a month ago and was told I would be notified right away if the appointment needed to be moved. Now I own my own business and I have two very small children that I not only took time off of work and made arrangements for my children to be watched so that I could be at my appointment but I receive a phone call LESS THAN one hour before my scheduled appointment saying that 'oh the doctor has a surgery scheduled for today and I didn't want you to come in thinking you'd be seen'. Are you kidding me? Not only was the second interaction I had with the secretary before getting on the schedule absolutely disrespectful and unfriendly now this office has cost me money by paying a babysitter for unnecessary time as well as blocking off my schedule at work. So thank you for the lack of customer service, umprofessionalism and pure laziness of your staff because you will not be seeing me and I will make sure to tell all who were waiting to hear how my appointment went exactly what happened. I hope you as a doctor get some better people working for you because I would never run my business with lazy and incompetent people.

Requested Buccal Fat. Dr did not do procedure correctly. Requested if I could have it redone since he did the procedure as a lipo procedure instead of buccal which requires an incision in the cheeks and would not. I would suggest going to a surgeon who is knowledgeable about current concerns(trend) with clients.
