Recently had a VI peel and Botox injections. The practice manager talked me through the treatments thoroughly beforehand to ensure all my questions were answered. The nurses were so kind and made me feel comfortable the entire visit. The results are amazing! I feel like I look years younger. My texture and tone has improved tremendously.

Dr. Burton Sundin, Kim, and the entire staff are absolutely amazing. I had a lower face and neck lift on April 22, and while I’d love to say it was a cakewalk, recovery was challenging for me. I’m extremely sensitive to medical and dental procedures, and even medications—including nausea medicine—tend to make me feel sick, so I knew going in that this would be difficult. Even during the hardest moments after surgery—when I was dealing with discomfort, anxiety, panic, and uncertainty—Dr. Burton Sundin and Kim were tireless in their support, understanding, and guidance. Their compassion and reassurance made all the difference. I truly trusted them every step of the way, and when I felt indecisive, Dr. Burton Sundin’s honesty, skill, and thoughtful recommendations helped me feel confident in my choices. Most importantly, I am already so impressed with my results. Dr. Burton Sundin is exceptionally skilled, compassionate, and thorough, and his entire practice reflects that same level of care. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Burton Sundin and his team to anyone. I cannot thank them enough for their wonderful care, unwavering support, and for helping restore my self-confidence.

Dr Burton Sundin is fantastic! He explained everything in detail prior to my wife's procedure so we understood what would take place. He was very meticulous with the surgery and the follow up visits were very professional. My wife is very pleased with the results and we highly recommend Dr Sundin. And Kim was great with all the follow up visits as well.

Dr. Burton Sundin and his entire team are amazing! Dr. Sundin was very patient, thorough and supportive throughout every step of the process. They provided exceptional care from start to finish. I’ve only had one procedure done at the practice but would not hesitate to have another one. 5 stars is not enough!

I am deeply disappointed with my experience and surgical outcome. I underwent a liposuction and abdominoplasty with this surgeon and the results were not what was promised or reasonably expected. The incision was placed approximately 2 cm higher than where it should have been, causing my belly button to sit noticeably higher and giving my waist a squared, unnatural appearance rather than a contoured one. The incision was closed without adequate tightening, leaving visible bulging above and below the incision that creates a quilted or puckered appearance. I now have a pooch that I did not have prior to surgery. Additionally, liposuction of my flanks and lower back was missed entirely — not once, but twice. I even underwent a second liposuction procedure, and the flanks were still not properly addressed. The ends of the incision have what appear to be “dog ears,” further affecting the cosmetic outcome. Despite raising these concerns, providing photos, and attempting to have a reasonable discussion, the surgeon would not acknowledge the issues or take responsibility. I was repeatedly told that “no harm was done,” and therefore no refund or corrective support was offered, even though the agreed-upon services and expected results were not delivered. This has been an emotionally and physically difficult experience. Based on my outcome and lack of accountability afterward, I would not recommend this surgeon to anyone considering body contouring procedures.
